My co workers and I went to Dani's pizza shop and it it was awesome..good selection of beers and I tried the pesto slice it was so good I bought 3 slices to go..its small, but its worth it..good job guys..
The very best Pizza I have ever had anywhere! Hands down! Was visiting from Texas but I'm a native New Yorker. I've eaten alot of pizza but I will dream about this one til I make my way back for a visit. That sauce.....wow!!!!
While in New York I ate here twice the pizza was so good. First night was just cheese and then I added tomatoes and spinach for the second try. I love the sweet red sauce pizza but the pesto looked interesting too. Price is good but it was warm in there, not much room and a little confusing. It definitely is worth it.
If you are coming for a slice, be ready to eat it on the go. Small area, always line out the door. They are over working the poor pizza makers. Customer service can be shaky due to small staff. The pesto and regular slices are delicious. Definitely worth another trip!!
I got my best chicken parmigiana here. Pizza is fantastic! Pizza men here are superb!! Very friendly people and service. I highly recommend.

So yeah I've had a lot of pizzas in a lot of different states. I've had a lot of Pizza in NYC too. This is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. The sweet sauce is the king on these slices. The pizzas are perfectly cooked and the crust is the perfect amount of crispy and floppy. The chicken parm dinner with the sweet sauce is to die for. I was here for a work trip and I ate there 4 out of 5 nights, and I only missed that one day because I went to Brooklyn to try some legendary pizza spots, and they don't even compare. Come in get a slice, and enjoy!!
The only pizza spot that I’ll stand in line and wait more than 30 mins in the cold.

-plain with sweet sauce
My favorite is the pesto with extra sauce. Make sure to pre order if you want a pie and it definitely gets busy at night.
Been coming here since I was a kid, the sauce is slightly sweet with the crunchy thin crust!
This place Knocks it outta the park. Nothing beats a good slice here. I will say the sauce is on the sweeter side however that’s just what I like. Crust is really nice - a lil flop and good flavor. The restaurant is super tiny though so be prepared to kinda awkwardly stand there in a herd of people. Cash only for orders less than $10.
i’ve had Dani’s years ago when i was still in college… i went recently on a Saturday for a few slices and it was surprisingly not crowded at all inside… however i did feel disappointed as the flavor and quality of the traditional slice and the pesto slice were not as…. prominently delicious as i remember them to be. The staff were very kind and polite though. Atmosphere gets a 3 out of 5 because really, i dont think it’s a spot you’d typically want to eat in… it’s a tiny tiny tiny seating area at the counter. i think you’re better off doing a pickup and just eating somewhere a bit more comfortable. Pizza was good, it just doesn’t taste like the Dani’s from the 2010’s anymore.

Friendly - busy - old school neighborhood feel. Line out the door during the dinner rush is a good sign. Pesto slice worth a look; sauce on the regular slice is deliciously sweet.
