I always get good service when I go to any Firehouse. Corey the gentleman making my sandwich greeted me as I came in , as he was making my sub he checked to make sure everything he put on was right (I placed a special order) and he sounded sincere when wishing me a good weekend. The lady that took my order I did not get her name but she was super nice as well!

This was such a great lunch stop. I love that it supports a wonderful cause.
The food was amazing, and the outside area is perfect for families with busy noisy children like us. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

I still stand by my earlier post that the staff at Firehouse Subs really SHOULD SMILE. They may never know how their smiles 😃 helped a person's day be a little better!
My sub, the Firehouse Steak and cheese sub, was delicious. I gave them 5 stars for taste and presentation. Three stars for service. Most of the staff didn't even look up when I entered, and they still had their heads down or were chatting it up with about 2-3 staff members when I walked out the door.
Pleasantly surprised by how courteous the staff was. It’s refreshing when you visit two different locations and get the same service. The food was super tasty. I appreciate that the bread though toasted is soft and that there is plenty of toppings. Both my other half and I enjoyed our visit. Either this location or orange park, we’ll be back.
Best subs in Jacksonville to me, my meatball sub always good and hot. The greet you when you walk in the door, sometimes they a little overwhelmed with orders but it's worth the wait.
Nice place great location. Always fast and accurate. They are a bit pricey but worth the quality. VERY CLEAN, LOVE IT!

God I love Firehouse subs so much a great company and their food is outstanding this one in oakleaf is my favorite. The staff is friendly and the service is quick oh yeah always got to have my cherry limeade. Just outstanding as always Firehouse.
Food is always great and so is the service. I always order to go and I have never had any issues. I really like how they have their datil pepper sauce in packets now.
Staff were nice and accommodating. Sandwich was amazing tasting.
Decided to have a sub for Sunday dinner wasn't up for cooking and I had the chicken bacon ranch sub on white bread. It was delicious fresh and hot. I normally get the steak and cheese but I wanted to try something new and I made the right decision. This story is always so clean and they always make you subs correctly.
Awesome sub-shop! AWESOME SUBS! I have Celiac Disease & Firehouse Subs has Schar gluten-free bread. They always warn that they cannot guarantee against cross-contamination but they do take care to change gloves, wash their hands and place foil down as a barrier. I have never been glutened and always look forward to collecting points toward my next free sub🤩
