This Pizza Hut is pretty consistent in having great pizza and pasta. I would skip the donut bites as they have almost zero flavor and taste burnt even though they are not, definitely not worth the price. But the double chocolate brownie is really good. That’s really my only complaint. Rewards in the app are great, I get a free pizza or other item occasionally and the app is easy to navigate.
I’ve always ordered through the pizza hut app and every time was a satisfying transaction. Never had a problem, food was always ready on time or earlier and fresh. I can’t speak on dining in experiences but if you are somebody who just orders pizzas via online for delivery & pickup , they are 5/5
I just want to give a shout out to Chelsea at the Pizza Hut she was really good we had a little bad experience at first but Miss Chelsea made it awesome and she made me feel like I can come back there anytime with concerns Ms Chelsea you're incredible your professional and I'd love the way that you handle the situation thank you so much I will come back there anytime and let you be the manager cook whatever it takes you're awesome and keep up the great and awesome work your incredible and you made my evening great so thank you so much you deserve a 20 star if they had it you showed that you care about your customers very good customer service very good thank you again have a blessed and wonderful evening
This particular restaurant has really good pizza and they are very fast. The online ordering app is never in my favor with this particular store. I will usually call them or simply go to the restaurant to place an order. Otherwise, they are very fast and the pizza and wings are always hot and fresh.
I would recommend this location as opposed to many in the surrounding area.
Our order was cooked to perfection and the timely response at the pickup window exceeded expectations. Great job! Our dinner was delicious and made our night simple!
Great franchise location, although when will you get the whole dining room back open again? The holiday season is this Tuesday, starting with Halloween.
I order pizza at least 4 times a week. Love my Pizza Hut on Normandy Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. Jose is an amazing employee who is extremely kind and friendly. Always takes care of me and my orders!

I miss what pizza hut used to be. Everytime I order from this pizza hut, something has changed. Deep dish isn't what it used to be. The bread recipe has changed. Not good. I order the family box and get 2 medium round pizzas... not what I ordered... but ok. Paid with cash last time and was shorted $1. I don't say anything about $1 bc it could have been an accident, or they might think a tip is required of me for driving up to a window and getting my food. I wonder if all fast food will be requiring tips at the window? Pizza hut website pushes for u to add a tip online (even when u pick up) when u pay in advance before they even make your food. I sure do hope they are paying their employees a fair wage. Pushing for tips signals to a big NOPE.
I ordered online and requested a time to be ready for drive through and it was! Pizza was hot when i got home and i am about 20 minutes away and tasted great. I disnt have to wait more than a mimite in drive thru..pulled up gave name and on way i went!!! Thats how these are suppose to work!
I love this Pizza Hut location. They always provide outstanding customer service and the food is always hot & fresh.
