The only reason this is getting any stars is because the service that I got from William and Winston. They went above and beyond to ensure my order was exactly as requested . They are great employees and would be worth the hire to any other local business.
However, this Moes is horrible, while William and Winston did their part to make the inside shine. The owner has let the outside fall into disarray. It’s clear that he or she has given up.
I hope Winston and William make it out of there and get a job more fitting to their professional, caring and enthusiastic abilities.
Hey guys so I was in Jacksonville Florida visiting my in-laws and I absolutely don't know anything about Florida so we were trying to make a group decision regarding what we are all going to eat for lunch in with me being a picky eater I prefer more of a healthier choice and everyone was giving me suggestions and we drove past Moe's I remember this establishment from a episode of Undercover Boss on television I was watching and I thought it was so cool that the staff as soon as you walk in cheerfully greet you by saying "welcome to Moe's" that wasn't just it the location I went to was so clean I mean everything was sanitized down to the T bathrooms were very fresh the staff help me make the best choice for my order which I want to say was very good so I ordered a chicken protein bowl with pinto beans guacamole brown rice no cheese or sour cream I was so blown away by how great my experience was when I visited always said from watching undercover boss that one day I'm going to visit one of these Moe's Southwest grill locations, I'm not going to lie I was so hungry that I ate practically half of the bowl in the backseat while I was being toured around to see some of the historical landmarks of Jacksonville Florida. I mean the food that I ordered made my taste buds jump up and want to get married to what I was eating. The presentation of my food was a 10 it was cooked to perfection that was 10 and the taste oh boy that was 10 I can't wait to go back to visit thanks for checking out my review thanks for sharing my experience with me
Placed a to go order on the afternoon of 9/26 and the food was bussin’ the burrito bowl was filled and the best I’ve ever had. Chicken was super tender and good and the rice was fresh and fluffy, no skimping, best moe’s i’ve had in a while if not the best overall. Cudos to whoever made my order you made our night!
It’s Moe’s, there was nothing spectacular about this location. The employees were pleasant enough, it was clean, and the food was relatively fresh. I do enjoy the fact that Moe’s also offers tofu, that itself would bring me back. I ordered the Wrong Doug with Tofu and it was great!
Good food, but a little salty. The place is nice and clean.
Staff was friendly and place was clean. Brown rice was under cooked. I would go again!
Staff is good and they usually make a good burrito. But orders are supposed to come with Kaiser, and unless I remember to ask I usually don’t get any salsa. Like a bag full on chips with no salsa, it’s weird.
Like I said, I never been to a Comedy Club before! I experienced one of the best nights ever! They were so funny! I've never laughed so much! My cheeks were hurting, I laughed so much! I love that they get the audience to participate! Very nice! I loved it! I love the Owners! Very wonderful people! Try it! I promise, if you like clean fun, this is the place to find it! CHECK IT OUT!!!😄😅😂
Very clean, very consistent food. I'm there once a week. The few times they messed up my order, they immediately noted it and the next time I ordered I got a free meal.

They are always understaffed when I come here. When we came in (at typical dinner hours) I only saw 2 employees trying to do everything. (Cooking, serving, collecting payments, cleaning, preparing orders for customers in-store and getting online orders) Which sucks when you're coming in to order to-go dinner for 6 people and the line behind you has to wait for the poor guy to make all your stuff. Despite having to work their butts off, the staff were great and hopefully no one blames them for the slow line. I'm sure they'll give the typical "no one wants to work so we can't find employees" response, but to that I'll say some restaurants don't seem to have this problem and some do. So what are they doing different?
