We came in a few minutes to lunch, and by the time we got our food it was lunch. The place was packed, one or two tables empty. They were at full staff. The restaurant was clean. The couple employees we interacted with were pleasant. With them being so busy they weren’t as attentive. It was a kinda you’re done and then they move on. But, we didn’t need for anything. The food was fresh, and tasty.
* When busy this location is not handicap friendly- it’s a nightmare. I use a walker with four wheels. I felt like a rat in a maze trying to leave the inside of the restaurant. It was so packed that people had no where to move to make room for me to get to the exit. Crossing the parking lot to get to the handicap parking was scary. The cars were blocking the crosswalk, and it was hard to see around the cars to know if I could safely cross.

My family and I didn’t realize their dining room closed at 9 (our fault), and we had been out and about looking at Christmas lights and needed something to eat. My mom and I needed to use the restroom and my poor mom was suffering. We walked up to the door and pulled the handle, it was locked, but the manager kindly came out and apologized. I don’t know what prompted him to do so, but he offered to let us use their restroom. He didn’t have to, and I certainly didn’t expect him to, but he did. We used the restroom as quickly as we could, and then went around the drive thru to get our food, and then left. Our food was delicious, and we got it very quickly, but what impressed me was the manager. I don’t know who it was, and he didn’t know that my mom is suffering through cancer and that she needs to visit the bathroom more frequently than most, be either way he let us in. His kindness was the icing on the already sweet evening we were all having. Thank you, who ever it was that night! You really didn’t have to let us in at all, it was very gracious.
This is a very convenient restaurant in San Jose Boulevard.The service is excellent and the food is delicious.
I was surprised at how fast they had our order ready.
We prefer this location because we rarely have issues with our orders. The whole staff is professional and friendly. Always clean when we eat inside although it is busy for most of the time. We take advantage of the reward program that they offer through the app. Thank you all!

Food was amazing, like ALWAYS! Service was OUTSTANDING, wouldn’t expect anything less though! Staff was ohhh sooooo friendly, and nothing short of awesome….but one employee stood out, and completely blew our mind’s, and just completely made our entire day/month!!!! CHASE, this review is for YOU!!! Chase was so refreshing, funny, charming, charismatic, quirky, polite, and very kind. Not your normal Chick-fil-a employee demeanor, personality, etc, He is SOOO MUCH MORE!!! We are so thrilled to have a client we clean for right across the street from this location, and we can not wait to interact & see this young man again! He definitely would make a GREAT manager one day, and deserves a raise in our book! 😉😉
Always great food, amazing staff. However this location removed some seating for a storage room extension, which is totally fine. But the day I was eating was absolutely slammed. No seats and that extension removing more of the seating didn't help.
I went through the drive thru Monday after work and I met 3 amazing individuals. Chase. IS EVERYTHING ❤️ he is such a great and funny young man, we had a great time in drive thru along with Maddie and Lilly(hopefully I didn’t get your names wrong) you guys are a great team and bring amazing, positive energy to the company. I spoke with the manager just to let him know how awesome you guys are. Keep up the great work.
Great service. The Chick-til-A One app was malfunctioning which of course was not this locations fault. Luke who took my order as well as the manager on outside expo were very friendly and helpful in dealing with the buggy app situation.
I love the food and the service was great the atmosphere was nice, they were really busy but they moved the lines quickly. The only thing I didn't like was the tea. I ordered sweet tea, but it was not sweet at all.
