Arby's holds a nostalgic place for me since childhood. However, I've noticed a recent shift in portion sizes – a bit smaller than before. Despite this, the unique flavors and my fond memories keep me coming back. And let's not forget the irreplaceable Horsey Sauce, an absolute essential that elevates every bite. While changes are inevitable, Arby's distinctive taste and that familiar sauce continue to make it a fast-food favorite.
I ordered the new Good Burger meal for my wife and daughter. I had my usual mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers. The food was outstanding!! Extremely fresh and the staff was very friendly and professional. Outstanding outstanding
Stopped in for a quick bite after the beach. Heaven was the cashier and I've never met a Heaven before so that was cool. She actually brought my food out to me and pretty quick too. The bathroom is big and clean with a shiny red tile wall. I had to take a pic.
I always have a great experience at this Arbys. The staff are kind and friendly and the food is very tasty. They recognize my voice and ask if I would like my usual jalapeño bites. Misty and her team do a great job.
The Beer batter fish sandwich was not that great. The fish was oily and just ok. I was really disappointed with this sandwich. Although I usually do enjoy everything I get from Arby's. I believe they may have to try again on this one. Either that or this particular branch is not doing something right. This was a lunch time purchase so I can't imagine that the oil was getting old. But it was definitely pronounced on the fish and made it almost intolerable.
I give this restaurant five stars on the strength of their customer service. Even though they are open late and I'm sure they receive their pieces of trash humans that late, lol, they have always given me great customer service even right before closing. I appreciate knowing that I'll get good customer service even when I know y'all are ready to GO. Thank you. If no one else appreciates you, I do.
I eat here at least once a week. Nice people and very good food. Fast service!
One thing about Arby's the places are always clean in my experience and the food is always hot and fresh. This place was right on par. What's crazy is I spent more at KFC the night before and was left less than thrilled by their food quality.
Always friendly and courteous service at this Arby’s location. The Wagyu clobbers every other burger available through a drive-thru fast food restaurant. Patty is thick, juicy and flavorful, lettuce always crisp and other ingredients always fresh. If you haven’t tried Arby’s in awhile go and try the Wagyu Steakhouse burger!
Chicken tenders are smaller than the ones in Fernandina Beach. They were fresh and hot I give them that
