Zaxby's has always been one of my favorite franchises. In fact, my husband and I have eaten at Zaxby's throughout the Southeast. And the good news? This particular location is the very BEST! The food is delicious, the service is outstanding, and the restaurant is squeaky clean. Great job!
The service at this Zaxby's is great. I like my chicken and fries well done, and they always are willing to cook it well done. It will even say well done on the receipt as part of the order. unlike some fast food restaurants that just say ok and don't actually cook it well done.
Zaxby's also has some of the best sauces around.
Good location! Food was quick, hot, and good. The boneless wings have perfect texture. The only down side is that the price is a bit steep and the portions are small. The sweet tea was off the chain.
Best Zaxby's I have ever been to! A.J. handed me my food out the window and she in uniform and clean, very presentable. Customer service was top notch and nothing was out of order. Food was perfectly cooked.
The front counter staff was very polite and attentive. The food was ready for me by the time I poured my cold drink.
The restroom was clean and orderly.
Came here for lunch with friends and had the Zen Grilled Chicken Salad. So good and tasty and plenty of it!! Everything was clean and service was great!

The service was straight but the tenders seemed on the dry side.
We received our meal perfectly. It was warm and hit the spot. Reminded me of canes but better. I will say though, canes has better bread but the texas toast is still pretty good. I love the zaxbys sauce and the sweet & spicy sauce. I come from a place that doesn’t have zaxbys so this was something new for me. I wish they had locations in other states!
