Stay home! Don't contaminate! Highly recommend their delivery if you're sick and need soup. They don't mind just leaving it by the door so you don't infect them.
I know that the food service industry can be frustrating, and you get the privilege of dealing with all kinds of attitudes. This Panera has a great staff. They're down to earth, and the restaurant is always tidy even when they're really busy.
Great place! Welcoming atmosphere. Staff is always friendly. Food for the most part is always consist. Love the customer service from the management team. My favorite Panera Bread location. Never really crowed not even during lunch.
Great location here. Plenty of seating, clean, and great staff up front and soup-er quick service. They even take into account food allergies you may have and will recommend something else if they can't keep it out of your order. I will definitely be returning.
I come to this Panera often. The staff are exceptional! Friendly people and food is always fast and made well! My go-to place to take a break from work when I’m having a rough day, comforting food and environment!
Food was delicious. Employees were helpful. Employees do need to be aware of those carrying a cane, had to put cane on arm and limp to my table with the food.

Pretty nice baked good selection. Love the cinnamon roll. Coffee is OK. Fast kiosk? Does not seem fast to me. Takes more time to figure this thing out. Awkward. Very dated and worn out interior and design. Dim lighting and ambience. Covered outside seating has a nice breeze in the summer.
Full disclosure: I am typically not a Panera fan. But this location has converted me. The morning employees and manager make sure the place is clean and the food is made how it should be.
I only wish I could get the other few people that also do the Sip Club to do a legit Breakfast Club. Sure we wouldn’t be nearly as cool as Molly Ringwald and Judd Nelson, but I bet we could all bond over unlimited Charged Lemonades.
5 star customer service by the gentleman on the register. He even walked the business and checked up on me after i got my food. A+ experience and will be back!

Haven't been back since our store closed. Dylan is the man! He put up with our indecisiveness on the new menu with a great attitude. He was very polite, patient, and informative. Outstanding customer service and of course great food! FYI try the new Caprese Melt.
