Great service! We had issues using our papa dough points online and called the store he said he will cancel our order so we can try again. We did shortly before we got to the store and our pizza was made faster than expected and came out so fresh and delicious.
2020 update. This Papa John's has been doing better, I just got my order and it was super fast (25min to the door) papatrack showed it as still "making". The breadsticks were plentiful (although little skinny , oh well) and the pizzas looked delish (still need help on cutting, one was small other was huge).
2018 _ I love Papa John's but since I moved to this new area it has been lacking. First time we ordered from this location the cheese sticks were all flat, and now tonight we ordered and the pizza was flat ! Even though we ordered "Original " crust ! I'm just disappointed because I love Papa John's, but hate thin crust...

So far, this is my new favorite location. The service and food has been on point every time. Today I ordered from here and since the peppers were small, they put 2 of them in the pizza box. Its the little things. Thanks for doing an awesome job! I will continue to bring my business.
So I ordered a pizza on Saturday night and didn't have a very good experience I won't go into details however I called back after trying to get through a couple times I finally got through on Tuesday.
The person I spoke with named Amanda went out of her way to send me another Pizza as well as a couple drinks all at no charge.

I love this store. The pizza is great and the employees are helpful, kind, and really seem care. & Liz is amazing. I will definitely return to this store for my next pizza order! 🍕

Just can't say enough about Papa John's. Superior service and quality food.. even during times you think they will be busy (they usually are) I have NEVER gotten bad food and the occasional time I may have a complaint.. the team rectifies it upon immediate request.. truly a shopper friendly "Customer first" approach by this store.. If someone has something bad to say.. well they just were having a bad day and wouldn't let the situation be resolved because I know personally that this crew will go above AND BEYOND to make an issue right.
My family and I order from this Papa John's religiously and Jessica took care of our order tonight and a guy she was training the food was amazing. I will say it's nice to hear a gm not talk to their employees like they are lower than them. Best Papa John's in all of Jacksonville....it wouldn't let me post a review on the papa johns website so if this can be relayed to upper management that would be awesome !!
After a bad experience from their competitor I came here. They made me fell welcomed and like I mattered to them. I made my order They got it together in a hurry and told me thank you for choosing them after what I went through. Stand up place great manager and excellent customer service I will be back.
