We eat here a lot, but last night the staff went above and beyond. Bang Bang Shrimp never disappoint. My husbands scallops were luke warm - server took right back! Manager brought fresh hot ones out to him. To our surprise they even took off our bill. This is why we continue to eat here.
The service was great yesterday here for my grandmother's birthday. Is my first time here I enjoyed it the favorite food dish was Bang Bang Shrimp/Tacos man it was sooooooo good felt in love everything else is amazing that Bonefish Grill is ranked the highest best seafood restaurant that I ever been to. Be honest, I love it so much that I'm thinking about coming back again and again You're the best.
My sweetie and I decided to kick off my holiday break from school with a dinner at Bonefish Grill this past Friday. Bonefish is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in town and I especially love it when they launch new menus. I was invited out to try the new winter menu and honey, it did not disappoint at all!
I was recently invited out to Bonefish Grill to check out their newly remodeled restaurant and try some of their new menu items. The new design is very lovely. Everything is low key and the lighting is on the darker side with some spotlights here and there, just like I like it. I visited on a Wednesday which is a very notorious day known as Bang Bang Wednesday! To celebrate this occasion I had to indulge in an order of Bang Bang Shrimp to start our meal. The shrimp were very fresh and plentiful. I was very surprised at the number of shrimp you get in an order. It is such a great deal! I also love the sauce that comes on the shrimp. It’s not too spicy and very flavorful.

We're back. After a break the BurgerGeeks are back in business. Our first challenge after our break is the Bonefish Grill. They offer an American Kobe Burger. As you can see below, this was a picture perfect burger. Just looking at it made my mouth water. As we all know, even though a burger looks good, that doesn't make it delicious. Time for the taste test. First inspection of my burger and I wished it was more medium like I had ordered it, rather than well done. Fortunately it still looked very juicy. Now to the first bite. Yup it was very good. The meat was very juicy, all the ingredients tasted fresh and well-balanced on the burger. So the bottom line is, would I come back here just for the burger? Yes, I think I would, not to mention their service was also excellent and their Bang Bang shrimp appetizer is to die for. So my rating is a 7 out of 10, as I felt it like many burgers it was still missing the wow factor, that one thing that makes a burger stand out above all others. Our latest stop is Bonefish Grill on San Jose Blvd. What, you say? We'll, we've been hearing that the burger is really good, so we're here to see if the rumors are true. Besides, they have Bang Bang shrimp for appetizer. I ordered the "American Style" Kobe beef burger, with cheese, cooked medium. My burger arrived fresh and hot and nicely presented with fries (it's usually served with housemade chips, but I'm about traditional, and this is the American Style burger after all). I tried a piece of the burger and it was cooked perfectly, still juicy and had a nice charbroiled flavor. The brioche bun was toasted, the tomato, lettuce and onion were fresh and cool, not warm and wilted. I really enjoyed the combination of flavors, and liked the burger very much. The Db level in the place is off the charts. Seriously loud when they are busy.
Here's a tip: don't order a Filet at a seafood restaurant lol. The burgers at Mexican places really suck too! Bonefish is one of the best reasonable prices restaurants in jax.

Bang Bang? YUM YUM!!. My husband and I went to Bonefish Grill for the first time Friday evening. We got there around 5:00 PM and I was glad we did, because by the time we were leaving, the place was filling up fast! We ordered the Bang Bang shrimp for an appetizer and it did not disappoint! It was delicious! I got the shrimp and scallops with Marsela sauce over it, Au Gratin potatoes, and the seasonal veggie. My husband got the tilapia, seasonal veggies and sliced tomatoes. The food was delicious!! However, my husband's tomatoes were not ripe and were hard. We told the waitress and she brought him a different side which was awesome! She asked us if we would like dessert, my husband wanted to try the creme' brulee'. It was the best we've ever tasted! So creamy and the perfect size for sharing! When our check arrived, imagine our surprise when she did not charge us for our dessert because of the bad tomatoes and because it was the first time we had dined with them! What a pleasant surprise and a delicious dinner. We had a rough day Friday, Bonefish Grill ended it on a happy note! Thanks, Bonefish, we WILL be back!!
Bonefish Mandarin has improved. I just woke up and had to testify how awesome my dinner was last night at Bonefish. I ordered a special, shrimp and vegetable coconut curry, but I requested scallops as a substitute. They complied but without an up-charge which I was expecting. My dish came out piping hot with the most delicious coconut curry sauce I have ever tasted with vegetables that were cooked just right and fluffy herbed jasmine rice. I requested the scallops grilled and they were perfect. I was at Bonefish a couple of weeks ago and had a delicious dinner so went back last night sooner than I would have. Before that I hadn't been to Bonefish in a few months and always thought it was good but not great. I'm thinking Bonefish has raised the bar and has improved.
Internet Specials. One of the best deals in town! If u r on their mailing list, they send specials a few times a yr. they r a great deal and the food is great for $19. Currently u get a steak plus lobster with sides, salad and bread. It was a great meal and the steak was delicious.
Had amazing dinner yesterday. You can't go wrong with bang bang shrimp and edamame for appetizers. For main entree we had Sea Bass w/whipped potatoes and Wood-grilled swordfish w/pumping ravioli. Everything tasted absolutely amazing!!! Key lime pie with coffee for dessert is a nice finishing touch!
Nice, quaint restaurant. The menu offers fish, beef, chicken, mussels, salads, drinks and desserts. I hope to try the seafood dip/chips and mussels next go. We had fish and chips (substituted with garlic mashed potatoes), a small house salad, and 3 bang-bang shrimp tacos. Total $ 40. The bread with herbs/oil was so delicious. I would ask for a second helping.

July 29th and just left Bonefish with another positive dining experience. Desean was our server and did a phenomenal job. Drinks, food, more bread etc. Only slight negative were the Brussel Sprouts which were under cooked and very chewy. Other than that Soup was great, Ceaser fantastic Crab cakes wonderful fries just right...you get the point 5 ⭐.
NoDecided to give Bone Fish another try after a less than pleasant experience a few years ago. Celebrating our 56th Anniversary we decided on the Bonefish off San Jose in a nice shopping strip mall... glad we did! Arrived at 5:45pm without reservations and found a busy restaurant with a 15 minute waiting time. They have a nice outside seating area so enjoyed the day. Right on time our table was ready as was our server Caroline who did a wonderful job all evening as just as we completed dinner our son and his family arrived and had to go all through the dinner process again. She is a 5 ⭐ employee. We ordered the Corn Chowder with Crab which was 5 ⭐ but not much in volume for the price. I ordered the Cob Imperial with Garlic Mashed and String Beans... fantastic 5 ⭐. Bill wanted to try appetizers so he went with the Mussels which was great and so much that it's good enough for 2-3 guests. Next were the Crab Cakes...OMG 👍 Good! So 5 ⭐. When our friends arrived they ordered the Bam-Bam Shrimp Tacos absolutely wonderful 5 ⭐. Another guest Mahi and Shrimp with rice and Mac and cheese side...he loved it 5 ⭐. Dessert was Key Lime Cake... that's right CAKE not Pie and was super 5 ⭐. Brownies and Cheese cake rounded out the meal. Simply put they have re-establish our relationship and customers for all five of us. Great service and food makes this a come back place.

I hadn't been to Bonefish in years but someone gave me a gift card so I went and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. A solid seafood restaurant with a nice atmosphere.
Our server Natalie was impeccable!!! I loved her energy, she was extremely attentive, and her performance was off the charts! I felt welcomed and all positive energy! Amazing customer service!!!

Bonefish Grill (in Mandarin) is definitely my TOP neighborhood go to restaurant! From either a full sit down menu - or just drinks and appetizers in their comfy lounge like bar, it’s my favorite place in the area. The food is always delicious. Service is impeccable, always greeted with a warm smile.
Ask for Tim, their Best Server ever! You will be very grateful!
Our server Desean was fantastic. Very personable and helpful. Great personality and hospitality. We shared the lobster chowder. And the imperial sea bass. Always a great choice. Would def recommend bringing the creamed spinach back.

Cannon was my server and he was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! Didn’t hover and checked in on us when the timing was perfect. He answered our questions with confidence on the menu and I will most definitely be requesting him the next time we come back. Food was great and our drinks from the bar were received timely and tasted amazing. Will definitely be coming back to this location. I honestly haven’t been this impressed with a dining in experience in a while. Cannon, you were awesome, thank you for being amazing.
Dining in was a lovely experience for the whole family. Though it is a seafood restaurant they had many lovely options for vegans all cooked very well!
Cody was an excellent waitress and really enhanced our amazing experience. Try the pineapple and espresso martinis, they’re incredible.
