Great place for a nice family dinner. Their family style dining is a win-win situation. They offer lots of choices and everyone leave full and satisfied. Food is pretty good but should be amazing for the price. Service is always on 10! My family frequents about 3 times a year. Usually when we have family in town. Overall, this is a nice place.
This place hires very professional employees. Whenever I visit, you can see some customers are being difficult or unimpressed and these people are very nice about EVERYTHING. They know what they're doing. It's like a classy New Yorker Italian restaurant and they have 4 private rooms in the back for special parties or weddings. Their pickup dinners are super easy and in that brief moment the workers are still super sweet and have you enjoy just coming by. They know what they're doing and that really makes it worth the money.
I don't like Italian food, but I love Maggiano's.. First of all, set aside plenty of time and money. Maggiano's is not cheap, and not a quick dining experience. That being said, the food is always delicious, the servers always friendly and courteous, and the portion sizes--well, let's just say that you should set aside room in your fridge for the leftovers. My husband, daughters and I come here for our family Valentine's Day every year and we all love the food (including the picky four year old!) The stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the chocolate zuccotto cake are a must try. We also really enjoy the gnocchi with sausage as well as the salmon and chicken saltimbocca. Go family style and you will leave there with enough leftovers to nibble on for days (and still be sad when the last of it is gone!)
Steady -always good!. A steady performer at the town center. Very clean with a great wait staff. The food is very good and right sized portions. I love the baked ziti so much that I get the same for the next day meal....what a deal! After a hard day of helping the local economy at the town center...this is the place to chow down! Go!
Pretty Great!. Visited Maggiano's for the first time on Sunday, April 13th, 2014. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waiter, whose name I forgot, was courteous, friendly and professional. He explained the concept of Maggiano's and told us what the day's special were as well as his recommendations.
Our food was just delicious and tasty ... perfectly seasoned. The portions were very generous and the atmosphere and location of the restaurant was spot on. I had the veal piccata and my husband had a soup and salad combination that was big enough to share with 4 people. My veal was tender and amazing.
Would I come back? YES!!!
Food was ok, overpriced, service was excellent, reservation was honored on time, we may come back.

We ate lunch there for our first time the other day, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We were treated like royalty, and the food was excellent! The atmosphere was so pleasant. The best Italian restaurant we've been in so far. Very recommended!
Lunch option great. I love the lunch option where you can take pasta home for later. Love it!
The atmosphere is really nice as well as the staff. I enjoyed the food like the chicken parm and the spaghetti (had to add salt though). The salad was tasty but I did not enjoy the stuff mushrooms (cold and no flavor). I also really enjoyed the salmon and spinach really really good! We also got to try the cheesecake and the chocolate cake…in my opinion the cheesecake was the winner! Also try the strawberry lemonade….heaven sent!

We love it here! We celebrate all of life’s winnings here, such great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food! Worth the visit every time! We continue to explore the menu and nothing disappoints!

This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant. The restaurant is a awesome experience with it's incredible exterior spaces and its upscale five star interior that delights the senses. Our waitress was Caylie and she gave us the utmost customer service experience. She enlightened me on a special that proved why this restaurant stands alone. A butternut squash ravioli with added sausage. First was the crabcake appetizer in a lobster reduction sauce that was the best ever. The ravioli was sensation to the pallette with it's delicate first bite followed by a filling that was sweet and beyond delicious. I ate it down to the plate. Go Caylie. I believe you represent the high quality and mission the restaurant adheres too. Not our first time here, it's a 5 star everytime we come. It just doesn't get better. There truly is no competition. My fiance was delighted with Caylie and her spaghetti with meat sauce. I tried it as she did mine. The food here is spot on and you don't want to miss out on this level of atmosphere, culinary prowess, and service.
My husband and I went to Maggiano’s in February for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. Service was impeccable, food was amazing, and the atmosphere was charming. I highly recommend! I love that we were able to dress up for a date night and didn’t feel out of place like we have at a few other restaurants around the area. Highly recommend!
We had my Mother's 80th birthday party here. Approximately 60 people. The room was beautiful, spacious and private. The food was great, heavenly deserts. From beginning to end, the service was perfect!! Many thanks from my family, for making this important occasion, so special for our Mother and everyone in attendance.
The food was OMG 😲 😋 I think we're done with Carrabba's... and definitely Olive Garden.

I still like Maggiano's. Scott was our server today. He was nice. I brought my daughter here to celebrate her 25th birthday. As long as she was happy, I'm happy (even though I wasn't impressed by my Chicken Alfredo meal) The temperature of my food was near cold but that could've been because the restaurant thermostat was set to Alaska 😏
Everything there is EXCELLENT. My husband and I were there on the 5th for the first time and up to now will be our go to restaurant. Matt was our server, he did an excellent job. Food there is so delicious !!!!
Today we ordered food from Maggiano's . We needed a second round !
Oh, btw, you will not regret to order dessert...like Ice cream with kind of apple pie (Apple crostata) or cheese cake (best cheese cake ever!!!)
The food was good, it’s what you’d expect.
The service was ok, it took a while until we got a server, and she will come and we won’t see her for sometime.
The place is a classic, comfort, some what nostalgic place.
We had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner here, but the family style portions of turkey and ham were a little small for the four of us. The pasta portions however were quite large but some of the food was lukewarm. The dessert was excellent. Our server was very nice and really worked hard. Overall we enjoyed the food but we could have skipped the pasta for extra turkey and dressing.
Best chain Italian restaurant by far. Fresh, hot food, great service and great atmosphere!
