Perfectly acceptable chineese-american food. Communicative staff, good food. Quick with delivery and pick-up orders. Convenient to Publix, and there's sushi almost right next door.
Not bad for what it is. It's a neighborhood hole-in-the-wall Chinese place. Not bad. I'd probably order take out from them again. I had the General Tso chicken which was tasty, cooked right and had lots of crisp vegetables. The wonton soup was not good (too salty and the wontons were all falling apart) but the egg roll was as good as other take out places I've eaten from. Overall it's not bad. I've had much worse. That's a glowing review for Chinese takeout!
I would like to say that Sun Sun Garden is a really good Chinese restaurant .. Everyone at Sun Sun Garden is very polite. The food is very good. And it is the best Chinese restauraunt in town. It's affordable and it's in a convenient location. I've have been a regular customer for over 3 years and everything is great.
I love this place!! It is the best. The normal cashier girl is not the most poliet but I'll deal with her to get their great food!!
Love it!. We have never had a bad experience. We love the honey chicken and steamed dumplings. VERY CONSISTENTLY good and prices are fair! They use good quality meat and the sauces aren't overly sweet. My favorite for fast food chinese.
Love it. Sun Sun Garden is one of my favorite Chinese delivery places. I've never had anything there that I didn't like. We always get the crab rangoon and fried won tons to go with whatever we are ordering. It is good food, fast.
Great food, fast. I'm surprised by the horrible reviews here for Sun Sun Garden; my family and I have been eating there since we moved to Jax a few years ago, and, aside from a rude girl who was there in the beginning, we've had nothing but good, consistent experiences with the restaurant. The food is always hot and fresh tasting and when we order for delivery, we always receive the food on time or sooner. Aside from those looking for a more upscale dining experience, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great Chinese take-out style food.
Sun Sun Garden and I go way back, this was actually one of the first places my boyfriend took me to for lunch (and yes, it was love at first sight.) We ordered fried wingettes and shrimp fried rice. This is a carry out small eat-in type of place. The wingettes were really good. The fried rice was just ok. The fried rice needed egg, more onions, green onions, bean sprouts, garlic, more shrimp, minus the peas, and carrots. There are some tables inside if you want to eat in. The men's bathroom was ok and stocked. It needs to be updated.
Food is absolutely delicious. Eggrolls are wrapped there you can tell they were not frozen. Fresh, food arrives fast, prices reasonable, and you get a healthy portion. Ordering online is easy. I like to have a good Chinese restaurant around and we have not since our go to closed. Will easily drive from town out to the airport to eat here.
Somewhat above-average Chinese takeout and delivery joint. Parking is convenient. Regular lineup of cars in front of the store in the fire lane is a hazard and they should be ticketed, could be delivery drivers (?). Food is hot and very good. Staff generally polite.
I've been eating from Sun Sun Garden for about ten years and I must say, the quality of the food that I order and the service has stayed the same, which is a positive. No complaints.
Great location. My parents freaked out when they didn't see a few items I ordered in bag....tthey went back and got replacement meals..... turns out they did include all items the first time. I don't know if I put it on the oven and none saw it, or if they took it out the bag and missed it. Sorry guys. Very well made meal in april. 2023
I've ordered twice. Both times the delivery drivers were great. The food was hot, fresh and I was more than pleased. I ordered you Szechuan shrimp, fried dumplings and egg drop and wonton soup. I just got a new fav. I hope they keep it consistent.
I was hesitant to try this restaurant based on some of the reviews. I rolled the dice 🎲 and I’m glad I did. This place is great! Food was hot and fresh. Every dish had a nice presentation. The egg drop soup in particular was very delicious. Will definitely return.
Very good house low maintenance and house fried rice. Mongolian Beef was a big portion and great flavor. They typically have ur order ready under 15min
Food is fantastic and fresh, definitely our new place. The pork fried rice was missing from our pick up order and we didn't notice until we arrived home. We called them and told them, and they apologized and made no issue with us getting it. They even delivered it out to us which made things even better. Will recommend to everyone!
I went for the shrimp fried rice to go. I don't like onions, it that's no problem here as they prepare the fried rice after you order. Plenty of shrimp in the fried rice too. It's always hot when I get it home. The prep is fast and it's brought to me for quick checkout. They have plenty of choices on the menu. All the prices are very reasonable. There are lunch specials and combos that are even better values. It's a place where you can eat for 5 to 10 per person, and the food is hot and good.
