Great experience. Food is fresh and the employees have a great sense of caring for the customer’s needs, especially when there are modifications to an order. The only issue is that their lines are long due to how good they are, well done.
I love Bojangles but this one on Piney Green can be hit or miss! Either everything is great or food is cold, service slow, employees & managers bickering, or the lobby not even open at all.
I always enjoy BoJangles when I visit NC. Their biscuits are amazing! Seasoned fries are a bonus!
Gave it 4 stars because all their chicken is spicey. Kids don't like the spiciness.
The supreme tenders were very small and a little over done. I got a 12 piece and it cost me $35, that is way over priced for the very small amount you get, and they are tiny pieces. Reminds me of the chicken fries from another restaurant. I do not recommend them at the price
My 5pc that I ordered was a 3pc, it is okay(I didn’t really need all of it) lol but next time just make sure to double check. ❤️
We love their chicken fil a biscuit combo in the mornings. Would be better if the bo rounds were actually cooked well enough for the outside to be crispy and the inside to be done. Most of the time the bo rounds are kind of mushy and undercooked. On the occasions that we do order fried chicken from there it's very tasty and just the right amount of spiciness to it. Their sanitation score at this particular Bojangles is only an 82.5! I don't know what the inside looks like but it has to be pretty terrible to get 82.5. If the appearance of the staff is any indication that they may probably pretty dirty inside cause a lot of times the staff look very sloppy. They are friendly enough but not very professional looking.
