Staff is amazing. Food is awesome- accomplished chefs and made from scratch. Fermented hot sauce for fried chicken was out of this world. Parsnip purée, braised and seared potatoes with hangar steak was spot on. Would highly recommend this place, and if you can sit at the bar. You will not be disappointed. Thoughtful cocktail program and wine list suits the menu.
We have been to Pullman before and always were very pleased. Last night was fantastic! It was crowded so we sat at the bar, on the far end. Watching the Chef and his guys working was truly a treat! The care and perfection that goes into every dish, the fun they were having and the respect they showed was beyond anything i could imagine! When we told the Chef how good our food was, he seemed to really care about our feedback and was very happy! My husband, who puts katchup on everything, said his food was so delicious that he didn't need it! (first time ever!) I highly recommend Pullman and will be back for sure! I also recommend the bar seats, especially if it's busy!
