Great service and food. We were promptly waited on and food was hot and fresh on arrival. The cashier was very friendly.

Always has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond to meet customers needs. I eat here daily, never had a bad experience when she is there. Forgot to grab my receipt and she even took the time during a lunch rush to e-mail me a copy of my receipt so I didn't have to turn around.
It was a good experience. My husband and I both worked there and that's how we met 11 years ago. However, they remodeled the dining area and restrooms. It looks so good in there. The food was still great and not to mention, dontaos still has the best cheese sauce hands down
This was for pickup, we love Donatos! Anytime there's a family gathering we grab a few pizzas and it goes over well. We're from out of town sadly... but we look forward to getting Donatos when we visit!
I usually get very good service here very good food so I really have no complaints the reason I only gave it four stars is a couple of times my food was overcooked and you shouldn't have gave it to me because it was overcooked overcooked. But other than that you guys do wonderful.
I placed my order for delivery on the app. The driver (Josh) called around the time the order was set to be delivered and told me he would be pulling up in about 30 seconds. I said, "Great! I'll be right down." I put on my shoes and immediately went downstairs to meet him outside my apartment building. 3 minutes later, he wasn't there, so I called him, and it went to voicemail. He ended up texting me that he waited for 2 minutes and then left the order outside because he has other orders. We ended up finding out that he was outside of the wrong building (he switched 2 numbers). He said that wasn't his fault and that I typed it wrong. I drove to the store and spoke with Herschel, and he was AMAZING! He confirmed that my address was correct in their system, he remade my order, gave me a drink while I waited, and was very nice. If he is not already a manager, he should be promoted immediately.

Ordered a hot sub sandwich with contactless delivery. Sandwich arrived shortly before expected time. Driver / delivery gentleman was really good and made sure I knew sandwich was there. What a great experience.
Sandwich was fabulous!! They followed my changes to ingredients perfectly. Will definitely order from again!!
One of my kids works here. I didn't know they sold gluten free crust until the day before yesterday. Crust is pretty good. Sauce is very tomato-y but I think it could use some more garlic, salt and something. Oregano, basil - something. Toppings were hard to taste through the sauce.
GF protocols are, if my kid is to be believed, are very thorough.
