Such a great vibe at this place, it sneaks up on you from the road so keep an eye out for it. I ordered the Cubano and some Empanadas which were both delicious. I'm not a drinker but for those who are, they brew their own beer in house. The atmosphere was awesome, food was great, and the service was wonderful. They also have some great arcade cabinets!

Refurbished warehouse hosts a bar in one half and the other a Cuban restaurant. While seating is small in the restaurant the food is great. We tried the plantain appetizer and the Cubano sandwiches. Both were outstanding. They serve alcoholic drinks from the bar side or pop/soda from Mexican imported bottles with the real sugar. We finished off with their dessert empenada sundae. Glad we made the trip to try them out. We will definitely be back to try more!

The food is always fantastic and pairs well with the good times going on next door at Black Circle! The empanadas are flavorful and freshly prepared, and they always have a special flavor on (this time was the special dessert apple pie empanada). The sandwiches and other things are also awesome... the medianoche is a favorite for sure. Highly recommend!

A delicious Cuban restaurant that does the best Cuban sandwich in town, great empanadas, and a variety of other foods. The yucca fries are perfectly cooked and come with a delicious aioli sauce, and the garlic fries don't skimp on the garlic. The chef/owner is a great person, and Black Circle next door is a wonderful place for a beer.

The empanadas, sandwiches and appetizers are freshly prepared and delicious. My family and I have never been disappointed by any the food we have eaten. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A great place for Cuban food.

Absolutely delicious, fried plantains are a must try! Couple things to know before you go, they don't have under 21 seating inside yet, but it's under construction. So if you have kids you'll need to sit outside. Also, if you go on Sunday you can only order from the brunch menu until 3pm. Not a huge deal and that could have already changed since we visited. Really excited there's a new restaurant in the neighborhood and it's so good!

Excellent and fresh Miami-inspired food. Empanadas are available with delicious chicken, beef, or black bean as well as several kinds of veggie (roasted veggie, spinach and feta) and weekly specials. The hot pressed sandwiches are my favorite. There is a tiny cafe In in the back as well as all ages seating in the adjacent brewery.

Wow- so glad you guys opened this business! My Cuban food loving husband couldn’t be happier to have handmade empanadas back in his life again. We especially loved the chicken ones and the chorizo/goat cheese ones. Will be back soon!!!! Great service for carry out/curbside.

Perfect for Sunday Brunch! Quarentine had us stir crazy so we ventured out to Elena Ruz / Black Circle for sunday brunch and stumbled upon a cozy artists market as well. I believe they do this the first sunday of every month - Black Circle Market. We got the 'Arroz con Huevos', 'Plaintain Chips', and a 'Empanada Flight', that's right a whole flight of scrumptious flakey empanadas. I'm not sure what goes into their rice, it must be a magical concoction of sorts because it's delicious and the rice is cooked perfectly every time. The eggs were a perfect overeasy that once pierced ran a bright orange luscious fountain into the rice. The Plaintain Chips are the BEST I've ever had - they're paper thin - perfectly salted and served with a garlic sauce that is just perfect. The empanadas were delicious - flaky crisp - we had the beef, chicken, bean, pizza, and apple Empanada- the apple is definitely my favorite! They also serve locally roasted Hubbard & Cravens coffee which is just icing on top of the cake. Not to mention Black Circle is right next door with their awesome drafts. We can't wait to go back. @twainindy

Incredible Cuban inspired eats served up by lovely staff. This place is brand new and still under-the-radar, so you'll likely get a visit from the chef himself. Attached to Black Circle Brewery, so you have access to all the beer you need to go with the empanadas, cubanos, mariquitas, and flan. You won't be disappointed!
