The flavors are all there. I tried the smoked turkey panini and it was amazing! Could taste the grill on the sand which. Highly recommend.

Cool place and good food. Small family runs this place and will treat you like family. Seems like simple food, but really there's a lot if thought that goes into it. I'm personally a BBQ guy, and their smoked brisket and pulled pork sandwiches are great. Popcorn is cool for dessert or just a snack. My kids liked it.
The adult grilled cheese lives up to its name. The popcorn is better than Garrett's & LOCAL!
Last but far from least the popcorn icecream was the homemade cherry on top. We will be back soon!
Great food, a bit pricey but worth it. Small place with a relaxed, casual, hip atmosphere. Man than helped me was incredibly nice! Had the brisket panini and mashed potatoes, really good.
The Colby brothers are legends to anyone that ever lived in the heights. Their location on Ella was something my friends and I would always talk about once one of us would move away. The brothers always greet you with a smile and make you feel like you just walked into your own home. Their menu is now bigger than ever and the old classics are still available as well. Pop & Pans popcorn is possibly the best feature with so many different flavors and a unique recipe you won’t find anywhere else. The environment is always relaxed and friendly. There is simply nothing in Houston like Pop & Pan. Tell your friends and buy another 🍿 to give to someone to share the secret!
The flavor profiles on this menu are unforgettable. Chef inspired dishes that will knock your socks off. And the popcorn is a must no doubt. The ice cream is extremely unique and full of surprises. If u like great food and great people this is the place to go.
Very friendly. Grown up grill cheese with brisket is fantastic. Sweet potato chips on the side
I'm a big fan of Pop & Pan - they have great sandwiches, entrees, and kids options. They're open all week, including Sunday brunch. The food is creative and the folks there are super nice and hard workers. The food does come out slowly, so maybe don't go is you're in a rush.
But, this location is closed now. I wish them the best in finding a new location and figuring out how they can speed up the kitchen.
Great Paninis! We had the smoked brisket and chicken cilantro... Both very good, but the smoked brisket can’t be beat! We also sampled the popcorn, can’t really go wrong with any of them! Will definitely be going back to try everything else on the menu too
Wow. I walked in here not really knowing what to expect, and I was blown away. They're in the middle of their "soft opening" so if you go there now, don't expect it to look complete. The food however, is incredible. I had a panini that I will judge all other pinini's against; 'lot of different flavors on one sandwich, but they worked really well together. Soup was very good. Generous portion size for the price. I'll definitely be back. Check this place out!
Great Paninis , We got the Fried Chicken and the Cilantro Chicken sandwiches with the Cucumber Salad and Tomato Soup. Loved the paninis and the cucumber salad. The tomato soup had some quite licorice-y basil in it that gave it kind of a weird flavor from what we're expecting. Not bad, just not really my cup of tea.
