This place serves a variety of Indian snacks.
Generally whenever I have a craving for Paani Puri, I either visit or order from them.
I have tried Chole Bhature, Samosa Chaat, Paani Puri and Veg Manchurian over multiple visits. It would be unfair to compare the taste with stores back in India. Away from home, I really like their food. Can't complain.
I have been to this place twice and I haven't been disappointed. They specialize in Chaat and it is best to stick to the chaats and paratas. The menu and decor is based on Bollywood. It isn't very tastefully done and is borderline tacky. If you can look beyond it, the place is a treat

With this place, it's important to understand what to order. It's not a south indian restaurant so do not think you will get a good dosa. The bhaturas are probably going to be a little oily. it is not a fine dining experience so the food will be hearty and the ambience is like a regular cafe.
It is primarily a gujrati food place so order the puri undhiyu, shrikhand, vada pav, pav bhaaji, chaats and lassis. I've had all of the above and keep going back for the same. It is light on your wallet and the food is very tasty and very indian in terms of spice and flavors.

Great experience and food. Highly recommend. Most of the items on the menu are great and portions are shareable. Canโt go wrong with anything. The kala khatta soda is basically sprite and doesnโt justify the cost but is flavorful.
Just wow. We ordered chaat platter, it was perfect. Enjoyed its freshness. We also had Chowpatty Thalli. It was amazing and mango lassi was just refreshing on a hot day. Also, Schezwan Noodles and Schezwan Manchurian was yumm ๐. Dokhla was so fresh and soft, perfect ๐. Very good food in Houston recommended for everyone.
Good variety of different chats. We like dahi bada chat and mix plate chat. Good service and nice and clean restaurant. They do have different shakes as well.
I loved this restaurant! Very clean, modern atmosphere. Service was great, very friendly. A lot of good choices, perfect for vegetarians, but the food was so could I can't imagine anyone would miss meat. I tried the Tikka paneer and it was incredible. A lot bigger than I expected, but so delicious. I'd love to go back and try some more items.
Free parking is available, a little bit crowded, but still easy enough to find.
Great vegetarian restaurant in Hillcroft area. We ordered the chaat platter and chili paneer. Both dishes and the ambience just took us back to India. Highly recommend and very impressed! We had also ordered through Uber eats last week and the food came so fresh and well packed. We ordered the Schezwan noodles and Bombay sandwich. Quality and quantity of food is impressive.

Food was so yum. I ordered samosa chat it was so tasty. I spoke to staff her name is Vinni she is so polite and calm. I like the service.
Serves some of the best vegetarian food in the heart of Htown. Love the ghee infused plain/ masala dosas, the chole baturas and the pani/dahi puris. The chats are also awesome. And finally, don't leave without having a taste of chowpatty special falooda ( it's sublime).
You would need to initially place the order at the billing counter, and they would take the number of the table you are seating at. Once the food is prepared and ready, the waiter would come and serve the food at your table.

One of the best chaat I've had in the area. Everything we tried so far was on point, like the Bombay sandwich, chaat sampler, chole bhatura, bhel puri, and just about everything we tried was incredible! Chai was a little too milky though, but not bad. Overall definitely coming back to try more
Edit 5.28.23: Bombay sandwich needs more chutney. Just ordered some and you can't even see any chutney in there.
