Really good ice cream! I had no idea what to expect from here, but I left amazed! They have tons of flavors to choose from and watching them make the ice cream with the nitrogen was really cool. I got the coconut flavor and it was legit! Give this place a try at least once not only for the ice cream, but also for the experience 👍🏼
They have a great selection of flavors. Their taste is is exquisite and customer service is outstanding as well. Even their waffle was exceptional. It is a treat to see it being made right in front of your eyes.
The Pina colada ice cream is to die for though theyre bit over priced. The experience of watching them make the ice cream and then freezing it is pretty cool.
Crazy cool I've cream. They use load nitrogen to cook the icecream. It starts as a liquid and they add liquid nitrogen. This make insanely good icecream. I was kind of freaked out at first when smoke went everywhere from the liquid nitrogen. Pretty cool for kids to watch. Some got on my toe and it kind of hurt but was cool. How many people can say liquid nitrogen burnt their toe? See pictures...
Such a "cool" experience. Husband tried the lactose free key lime pie flavor and I had the brulé. Extremely friendly and helpful staff answered all our questions and indulged our childlike curiosity about the liquid nitrogen.
I don’t usually get ice cream when I’m out, but this place was great. The costumer service was absolutely wonderful and the ice cream tasted amazing. I had to ask a few questions to make sure my order wouldn’t be too sweet, and the individuals there worked with me and made great recommendations for my order (along with all of the other weird questions I had about the interesting preparation style...it’s kind of cool getting to watch it go from liquid to ice cream so quickly). I will absolutely be returning when I have a craving for sweets.

Very interesting concept! I decided to go safe and went with coffee flavor and added oreo bits. Be mindful that any multiple flavors you order will be just mixed together, as they start out as liquids and then they work their magic into ice cream! I thought the process was fun and very entertaining to see. I also enjoyed the ice cream, not sure what people are complaining about the consistency. The ice cream wasn't too hard or too soft, I thought it was very good.
UPDATE: So son and I made it to Subzero and I have to say the hour drive and 35 minute wait in line was WELL WORTH IT! My son loved watching the ice cream being made and I was just as amazed and excited. The flavor was amazing. No matter where in town you are you definitely should make a point to make the drive and try this place!
ORIGINAL: I can't wait to try this place. I'm rating 5 stars so far based on eagerness and excitement to try it based on all of the previous reviews. This is such an awesome concept. Fixing to drive a little over an hour to take my son because we are both excited to try it and believe it will be well worth the drive. Will follow up this review once we have got there and tried it.
Great service! Place was super busy the whole time I was in the area, but they kept tearing through the line. My fiancée got something mint chocolate, and it was pretty good! The concept is fun, and it's very unique tasting. I can see why some people wouldn't like it, but it's pretty good!
On that note, I ordered the Lemon Italian Ice, and it was absolutely awful... I can see it being very good, with a different recipe! But I ended up throwing it away.
