I appreciate having availability of vegan food. It's been tough to find vegan food, and it be better than decent. I had a strawberry banana smoothie that was not hitting my taste buds correctly. The chocolate cake is great. My mouth watering for another bite as I'm typing this lol.
This place has amazing vegan burgers that are tasty and unique. Both the beet burger and the soy bbq burger were delicious. The food is filling and wholesome, not heavy or greasy. There is parking in the lot next to the cafe, and they have a restroom inside. The atmosphere is casual. There is seating inside and outside. This place is worth trying out.
Awesome vegan options! So many healthy and minimally processed options! I could really taste the fresh ingredients -- I believe that many of them are locally sourced. Idyllic and peaceful dining area with free parking in the back. Definitely stop in to feel good inside and out! Your body will thank you for it.
Amazing! Love the gluten free vegan options. I haven't had a burrito in YEARS due to being gluten free, but they actually had a tortilla option for me!
We stopped by on the way to north shore. We ordered one green bowl and one yogi bowl for takeaway. Both were good. For green bowl, it’s probably the best (tasty) way to consume spirulina. I really liked the Yogi bowl. Had it at the beach. It was still quite tasty after a couple of hours. I would love to go back to try other dishes.
Loved our lunch here! They are known for their beet burger, which was great, but the three little birds sandwich was our favorite. The sauce and the bread really made it. Also highly recommend the peanut butter cookie.
Excellent food, chill environment. If you like healthy choices, plant based options, smoothies, or anything of that nature, eat here. The food was so fresh and delicious I had to come back to try more on their menu. Also, the pineapple donut was DIVINE. Highly recommend. I’ll be sure to visit The Beet Box Cafe in Kailua too!

Lots of vegan options and really diverse menu. The Yogi Bowl (pictured) was amazing. So flavorful. To note, my husband ordered the VBQ sandwich, which he didn't really care for, but we appreciate what they're doing at BBC and would for sure go back and try something else off the menu.
The pancakes here are SO GOOD. I usually am a savory breakfast eater but decided to get the pancakes as well since it’s vacation, why not? They were better than my savory dish! The syrup is served hot and it the best syrup I’ve ever had. The pancakes are made with oat and bananas making for a really pleasant texture. Not too fluffy and not too chewy. While the pancakes were the showstopper, the breakfast sandwich is worth a try too. They make “sausage” in house and it’s delicious. The spices they mix in it make is taste very southern and home style. Highly recommend if you’ve been looking for that “sausage” taste.
