This place is like the heavens opened up and dumped out on a plate, it's straight up slap your grandma delicious. Can't say enough good things about the staff, our waitress Brittany made the experience and our anniversary dinner that much gooder!

Our server, Brittany, was excellent! The food was beyond delicious! Took 2 separate pictures of the Redfish Pontchartrain! Took the crab off the top of the Redfish! Then decided after the fact that I wanted dessert! Don't forget the Red Velvet Cheesecake is sinful! Definitely will be a repeat customer!❤💥
We took my mother in law for her 75th birthday last night. Great service and food. Smoked tuna dip was excellent. We had the combination steamer pot. Crab legs, Jonah claws & royal reds. Perfectly steamed, not mushy like other well known seafood restaurants here. Highly recommend!
Food was delicious, but I feel the platters are overpriced for what you get. Ordered a platter with shrimp and snow crab and only got one very small cluster of crab legs, no claw, and a handful of shrimp. The platters do include 2 sides and I ordered the red potatoes, which was 2 very small potatoes on the plate with shrimp and crab legs. Overall, I think it's a great place to eat and the oysters Rockefeller were the best ever.
My family and I had dinner at the steamer and had a wonderful experience! Our server I believe was pregnant and her name was Sharri , she was so sweet and took care of everything we needed without us even having to ask . We normally receive bad service the majority of the time when we have our family dinners but we were all so pleased with the hospitality we were provided . Definitely recommend visiting , if you’re ever in town and my family and I will definitely be back . Hopefully we are greeted with the same service ☺️

Service
Great service from everyone here, particularly Eddie who was exceptional. Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, fun, had great suggestions and menu descriptions, kept our glasses full, our orders were correct, he anticipated our needs, just fantastic. Other servers supported him like a true team. Our server even volunteered to and arranged a shuttle bus for us after dinner. Overall excellent service that should be a model for other restaurants. Reflects well on the staff as well as the leadership here.
Food
Food was likewise exceptional. Delicious, perfectly prepared, dishes all came out together and very quickly, sauces and accompaniments (sp?) were perfect. From thick steaks to salmon fillets to a menagerie of seafood, the food was all expertly prepared and could not have been better.
Management
I spoke briefly with the manager at the end of our visit and like a true leader he put all the credit on his wait and kitchen staff. He was gracious about the feedback, and encouraged us to come back for another visit.
Pricing
As could be expected at a casino establishment the prcing at first seemed a little high. It was a little less expensive than the other restaurants inside the casino proper, but still higher than one might expect at a similar standalone restaurant. However in the end, eith the service and food quality this restaurant is punching way above its proverbial weight class. The total bill was much lower than we expected for 6 premium dishes with two rounds of drinks. Overall a great value bar none. This place is now my number one pick in the area.
Absolutely amazing! I called ahead on a friday afternoon for a reservation later that night. The place was clean and the servers were more than happy to help. The complimentary bread was simply on of the best I’ve had! I wish I could order just that and take it home. I ordered the oysters on the half shell to start. The salinity of the oysters were just right. Next, I was served that crab and corn chowder. And for the main dish, I ordered the dungeness crab and royal red steamer. The seafood were perfectly cook and just tasted so delicious! To top it off, i had the key lime pie to go. Best one so far and I’ve had a lot of key lime pies in florida keys. Will definitely keep coming back!!!
Fantastic food and excellent service. We visited during a major event and everything still ran extremely well. Oh and the food…just incredible. Will be back soon
