This is probably the best single franchise of a pizza chain place I've ever been to. The service is always so nice and the pizza is really really good for being so cheap. Usually when I go, I'm with a bunch of other college students and it's late at night. There is no reason we should be treated so nicely, but this place is just so hospital every single time. The person at the cash register is always smiling and gives off the impression that they actually care about giving good service. I Know that might not seem like a lot to ask for, but at a cheeper franchise resturant it's incredibly refreshing to be treated as a person. I've been to other chain pizza places in the area and none compare to this one in quality, price and service. As long as Im in this area I will continue to get pizza from this Pappa John's. The manager and staff are doing something really great here. If you are looking for a quick, affordable good tasting pizza, this is the place to go.
We had an issue with a promotion on the app not being what it led us to believe it was (not their fault at all) and when I called to see what they could do Skyler was immediately so understanding, kind, and helpful and helped us get what we originally were looking to get. People like this make me so happy to come back to this location again.
I get this Papa Johns about 10 times a month, they have never messed up an order and delivery is excellent. Overall, a solid pizza joint.
