I always place mobile orders and just stop in to pick them up. The orders are always made correctly (no mistakes), and always ready on time. The sandwiches are also very tasty!
Just stopped in and the staff was insanely fast, accurate and friendly. I've visited in the past and this has not been my favorite location but I was absolutely floored today honestly. So clean, so professional, so delicious. Everything subway should be and then some.

My new favorite food item is the Steak and Cheese wrap. Also Patrick and Autumn make the best wraps. Nice and tight, well put together and they do not fall apart when eating them. I am always extra happy when they are making my wrap.
Nice looking Subway, with fast service and great sandwiches like most Subways. Enjoyed going for a quick lunch break. Sad to see a lot of the Subways in Grand Rapids closing, not sure why, as the food is good. Possibly because of competitors like Firehouse Subs and Jimmy John's. Still, I would recommend Subway for sure.

Its Subway. They are generally the same. This location has a great staff and they work hard to get your order right in a quick timeframe
This Subway! Is THE ONLY Subway in the area that HAS SEAFOOD SENSATION at their location!!! Its seems most of the Subways did away with that. I don't really have comments on staff, atmosphere, etc. Just wanted people who were searching for the seafood sub to be able to find it!!!!
It was really busy today, but all of the team members were on top of it and very fast and some of the friendliest workers I’ve encountered.
Their salads are always good. Just wish they'd get the GF bread. I miss a good sub.
