This is a fantastic new place. What a great selection of craft beer for us Grand Rapids snobs - it's both a store to go buy beer in, and you can also open the bottles and drink them there. PLUS, they have draft craft beer - samples, pours, and growler fills. They don't have a food menu but they have packaged snacks that you can buy. And I think you can also bring food in. The bartenders are great. They also do events. Like Kick the Keg Wednesdays, Tasting Tuesdays, and other things. Oh yeah, they have board games too!

This place is beer nirvana. Great selection on the store side, with an obviously curated set of beers from around the world to choose from. Not vast, but what's there is better than almost any specialty shop. The bar itself has a great set of taps, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a fun, cozy atmosphere. Even the music was above average. I'll be back, probably often.

Awesome place to buy craft beer from across the world and locally. The local beer selection is unparalleled to any liquor store in the city. They also offer wine, mead and ciders in the shop. The best part is they have a large beer bar that has a huge draft selection and games to play. Bartenders have always been super friendly and let you taste anything before you commit. I was also made aware that any beer in their refrigerator can be bought for consumption at the bar. Great option if you can’t find something on draft or what to try one can/bottle before committing to a 6-pack. If you haven’t been convinced yet they have do growler fills and draft soda from Brix. This place is top notch!

Nice cozy place with wide selection. Allows you to bring your own food in, but also offers pretzels & hotdogs. Has a a shelf with an impressive game selection - great for a group of friends.

Amazing selection of beers! If they don't have it on tap you can buy one of the bottles/cans from the store and drink it at the bar. Plenty of games to keep you entertained. Highly recommend a visit if you like beer and boardgames!

Sake! My friend and I were able to try Sake thanks to this place. It was super delicious and the staff was very friendly. We had an older gentleman with round glasses help us and he was fantastic. I will be back for more! Thank you!!

Love the variety of beer available, competitive prices. The best part? You can drink any beer you want out of the cooler while you visit!

I come here a lot for Meetups, and this place definitely does not disappoint. The staff team is very friendly and knowledgeable in beer and ciders, so well worth the stop even if it’s to learn something new. They carry a ton of craft beers, and even if you don’t find what you’re looking for, the staff will work to bring that beer in stock if possible. Come here for chill atmosphere with board games and beer/loving people! They are starting to expand their food menu, but they are still open to people bringing in their own food (which is nice because Downtown Market is right across the street).

Awesome concept. Love that they have quarters tapped so the selection rotates on a daily basis. I spend a decent amount of time picking out mix and match six packs, and you can carry your drinks around with you while you check out the selection. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the beers they sell. They have tables with board games you can play and a comfortable atmosphere. Seating is limited, I try to go when it is less busy.

Was looking for a place to get a beer with my brother and found this place. What a gem. Really good selection of beers in the cooler and on the shelves, but what I really liked was the bar. They have a little of everything to choose from on draft. The bartender/owner (who was the most friendly I've ever met), made really good recommendations. On top of all that, the prices where great. Definitely worth your time to stop in. They also have board games and tables to play at if that is your scene. I see some people complaining about food options but it's GR, there is no shortage of good places to eat, even across the road at the downtown market. Just save some room for a few beers after and you will be feeling good.
