I have been through this drive through more times than I would like to admit. However, today, I had a great experience. It was nothing out of the ordinary, but the woman at the drive-through window was SO polite. She was helpful, and kind, and she smiled the entire time she was serving me despite being extremely busy. Just wanted to make sure that I gave “kudos” to her, although I didn’t catch her name. I attempted to call back a couple of times to tell her thank you. But I did not get connected. Regardless, she should be recognized for her awesome service today!

No longer offer sweet tea. Eliminating the cashier's in place of kiosks. Staff was polite and courteous. Food was served quickly and correctly. When asked for a paper receipt, someone was able to print it for me without wait or hassle. Dining room was clean.

Ms. Patrice took my order at the drive thru tonight and she was so kind. I never received that type of customer service from Taco Bell before. Need more workers like herself. Long lines and not one time could I tell she was frustrated about the volume of customers she had to serve! Great job Ms. Patrice😀
