Bolay was truly unbelievable! The soft opening was a huge success. The food is unique and to die for. No gluten! When I heard this healthy alternative was coming to Gainesville, I had to go there. The service was truly spectacular. I've been thinking of the right word all night for my overall experience and I just have to say, very CLASSY in every way shape and form. They truly care about people and giving back. I feel great today, and am positive no gluten is in my body. For all those with gluten intolerance, this WILL be your new favorite restaurant. Food not only fresh but so many unique, amazing choices I've never seen available anywhere. Add avocado or goat cheese for 50 cents??!! What a steal!
Delicious!!! I've tried many of the bases, veggies and meats and have loved them all! So happy that Gainesville has some really great healthy options, I think it's awesome to know everything is gluten free too! The staff has been super friendly every time. My kids

Absolutely phenomenal! This was my first visit and I ordered a simple chicken and rice bowl with broccoli and a lemon sauce. I’m in love 😍 The establishment was pretty crowded and it still felt like the quickest pick up i’ve had in Gainesville. Thank you so much for a filling and delicious meal Bolay! I will definitely be back :)
Super excited that we found this place, and I wish we had one closer to where I live. I will definitely be stopping next time when driving through Gainesville. Would highly recommend the kale salad and the tofu!!
I got the sweet potato noodles with teriyaki chicken, sauteed mushrooms, and seasoned zucchini - it was great! I was very happy and grateful to find a place to eat gluten free and grain free!
Absolute wonderful dining experience. What a unique establishment. The food was delicious and wow they give you so much. We had never been before and the very nice young lady was eager to tell us how it worked. Give it a try you won't be sorry.
Wow. Just wow. I can’t believe I waited so long to try this place! I went at lunch time and got a small bowl, which was PLENTY of food and let me tell you - ya girl can EAT. I’m stuffed!!
I opted for the build your own bowl option: Sweet potato noodles, teriyaki chicken, broccoli, potatoes. Everything was incredible. I got their garlic sauce on the side as well. They have fountain drinks, but I’d highly recommend doling out the ~$4 for a fresh pressed juice. The strawberry orange was insanely refreshing on this hot day.
There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside. The staff are really nice and will offer suggestions and their favorites in case you’ve never been there and need some help. They also have pre-set bowl options to choose from. I will be back (like really soon).
Tastes like Asian chipotle but quality is pretty good and price is on point. It’s more like a fast food restaurant but for the price, I can’t complain.
My grandma and I used to come here every week in 2019. Came to revisit last week, and it's the same good stuff! Allways 110% clean environment, most hygienic staff equal to that of a nice restaurant, allways smells fresh and the food really is unbeatable. For 10-20$ per meal you get exactly what you want and it's very healthy.
