Shout out to the entire staff at this location for flawlessly putting together a last min order of 8 banana splits for our company order. They were very accommodating, helped pack my cooler with ice and even assisted me in carrying it to my car. And an added bonus was that it was all ready for me when I arrived. Thank you all! The level of service here far exceeded my expectations.
Food was good and fresh. Ketchup pumps were broken but packets were provided when asked. The floor was slippery in the dining area even though it was dry so I'm assuming it was covered in grease. I saw an add for chocolate milk and it looked good. I can't be alone because they were out when I checked after eating.
The burger and fries were really good. The shake was wonderful. We had to limit ourselves to just three flavors of ice cream and we will be back. The store was very clean and everyone was very friendly. It was a great experience. Check them out.
I love Braum's, you love Braum's but the nuance is in the individual store service. Store 238 is great. The staff is visually attentive and happy to be there and with each other. I see the same group of team members every time I go, they have already remembered me, and asked how my last meal was...all while the line was 20 people long. Great service.
Excellent service. We had to wait twenty minutes on our order but it was well worth it. Was told on wait before ordering so we understood they were short-handed that day. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger meal and it was on point fresh bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Also ordered the brownie sundae. Great customer service all around being as busy as they were they deserve five stars and will definitely be a repeat customer. Yes it was my very first time there and had a get 1St experience. Thanks
Braums has definitely gotten better over the years. It's not the best burger ever but it is good. Great ice cream and shakes. What's not to like!?
Food was good, "hot" and fast and call me old, but this location is across from a high school and ,well, you know the rest.
I Love Braum's Ice and their Burgers and food when we are in a location that has a Braum's we stop by for some Great food. We don't have any in Houston. You must try one. You want regent it.
I always go shopping for groceries,the necessities (Eggs,Milk,Cottage Cheese, tomatoes, onion!) I love going to Braums! And especially on a Hot Day for a Banana Split and a Hot Fudge Sundae! Y'all enjoy yourselves bc I know I will!
The ice cream is always delicious. The staff is kind of slow but not as bad as some of the other locations.
