This location was very friendly, helpful and clean. The staff was eager to assist in gluten-free options. They made “pizza bowls” with sauce, cheese and toppings of my choice. The buffet was full and refreshed constantly. And the restroom and game room were well maintained. I also observed the tables were busted quickly during my stay.
Extremely good, pizza was really fresh. Restaurant was clean. I encountered the manager Jocelyn and she was awesome. She made the pizza extremely fresh every time she's there. The restaurant is spotless so anytime you're here at CiCi's Pizza, see if Jocelyn's there because she will make sure everything is right in your pizza is fantastic

Pizza was fresh, special orders made perfect. Great employees and very clean! Lots of fun for the kids! I love that it has 2 levels just incase you want to keep your kids from seeing the arcade lol
Food was fresh, made sure we was beyond happy with our food, employees were very nice and willing todo anything to make us happy and make sure we enjoyed our food, everyone was very friendly & spoke as soon as we entered and left.
Don’t know if they have the same management but service did improved a lot

If I could give 10 Stars I would. The service here exceeded my expectations by far thanks to the staff member named Peter. This is not to say that the other staff was not helpful in which they were but Peter really made my experience wonderful and I will be back when Peter is working I'll call ahead of time to make sure he's there. The service I received today you would expect to come from a high-end restaurant Peter took care of my every need my table was never full of plates he refilled my drink this guy is great he went above and beyond while the other staff was there making sure the buffet was full and the facility was clean. This place was cleaner than any Applebee's, Chili's or even Rudy's bbq. The entire time I was there it was somewhat crowded but the buffet stayed full and the table stayed clean. The staff was super friendly Peter had a wonderful personality he was one of the people that was not afraid to talk to someone which you don't find nowadays. If I had a restaurant I wwoul try my best to take Peter from Little Cici's, sorry to say but I would, he is what every franchise restaurant needs. Again I can't speak highly enough of this location and the staff I thoroughly enjoyed myself and again if I could give 10 Stars I would please go support this business, it is worth it!
Great... in this day and time... Cici's shines through with reasonable prices and fresh quality ingredients. Salad was crisp with large choice of fresh toppings as well as soup, pasta, drink, dessert all on top of pizza buffet style... we even got a custom pizza as well... Tables, counters and kitchen prep was clean and neat. Good Job CiCi's.
