Beautiful location by the ocean. The staff and service were excellent. The elevator carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a year, in the lobby there are sweet lounge couches with electrical outlets so you can easily charge your devices while you wait, but none of them work. And room 1110 the sink doesn’t have a drain cover and the left handle spins freely without turning on the water. These types of things are easily fixable and with a little attention will increase the customer experience greatly. Look forward to staying here again.

Great Hotel. I always stay here because of the extremely friendly staff and clean rooms. On my recent trip, I had the pleasure of being greeted by Christelle and Lena at the front desk. These ladies treated me with so much respect and kindness. They quickly checked me in and followed up to make sure everything was okay. As a Marriot Gold Elite Member, I wish all Marriott Hotels had this level of customer service. I will definitely come back and refer others who plan to visit Ft. Lauderdale. Len

courteous receptionist the man on the valet parking is nice. introduced himself and explain the valet process. offered water. but the valet parking fee is expensive for $48 a night. place is tidy and i feel the cleanliness of the room. nice artistic ribbon on the tissue paper. kudos to cleaning staff. impressed with the view from our room. there was an event on that weekend for artistic swimming. they stayed in this hotel so there were crowds of teenagers and coaches from other countries, it was quite noisy on our floor. the swimming pool is small. from that point there was an access if you want to go to the beach. fond of starbucks? it is located at the mezzinine floor just before going out to the swimming pool of the hotel. fast checkout too. overall, our stay was very relaxing at this hotel.

Situated just steps from the beach, this perfectly located Courtyard by Marriott is an excellent place to stay during your vacation. The lobby was warm and welcoming, as were the staff. A concierge is also available free of charge, and I recommend you chat with her! She was able to offer us restaurant and excursion recommendations, many of which she had a discount/special offer for. Rooms were comfortable and provided ample space for a weeklong stay. We ended up upgrading to an ocean view room, and the view was spectacular. The view from the intracoastal was very nice as well. I had no complaints regarding the cleanliness of all facilities in the hotel. The pool itself is a bit smaller, but the deck and bar area has a lot of seating. This is to be expected, as you only have to cross the crosswalk directly outside of the hotel, and you are at the beach. Go enjoy the ocean, not the hotel pool! One of the best things about this hotel is the location. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and transit options are ample. I would recommend not renting a car, so you don’t have to pay for parking at the hotel (and everywhere else for that matter). Electric bicycles are available for rent within a three minute walk, there are Broward County bus stops on either side of the hotel, and the hotel is in the service area for Circuit (imagine Uber, but free). If I return to Fort Lauderdale, I will stay here again.
