This is a fantastic restaurant with an amazing chef and staff! Enjoy a romantic dinner or celebrate with family and friends. This place may be pricey but is worth every dollar. It's an amazing culinary experience. Your taste buds will be dancing with joy!
Came for a birthday brunch with 10 guests and were very comfortably seated! SUCH a great atmosphere for weekend day drinking. Good tunes, very friendly service, food came out timely and tasted great (which can sometimes be an issue for such a large party).
They have bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s ($25) and they are GENEROUS with the champagne. A lot of places kinda scam you with the bottomless but not here!
The food was so so good. I got the shrimp and grits - very healthy portion of shrimp.
But the best part is the ambiance - right by the water, very sunny and open. Had a blast and would love to return with a group!
This restaurant had a great ambiance right next to the inter coastal. A beautiful view. The staff was very attentive and fast. The lobster ravioli was the perfect temperature and very tasteful. Highly recommend this place if you are ever in the area.
This was my first time at this restaurant. Came with my wife for our anniversary. I had the Florida Paella and she had the Jumbo Shrimp Scampi. The meal was really good! Seasoned to perfection. Clean, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely come here again.
The Boatyard staff went above and beyond I worked with Chris and multiple hostesses. All very pleasant and helpful. I set up a reservation for my mother from out of state. And they help get all little details set up to have a great experience. And she loved it. Thank you so much definitely recommend this restaurant!!!
I recently dined at The Boatyard in Fort Lauderdale, and I had an excellent experience. The service was impeccable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The food exceeded my expectations; it was delicious (especially the Bimini bread amazing), and I had no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend The Boatyard for a delightful dining experience. If you can sit outside, the views are beautiful and relaxing.
The Ceviche is the best I’ve had in a while! I’ve been back on the menu plenty times to look st the ingredients. Everything used to garish also blends well with the appetizer.
THE BREAD! It needs a standing ovation. Just get it and ask them for 2 at a times(1 is never enough)
The rainbow trout is very light and airy but flavors are there. It will not satisfy you long if you prefer a larger portion.

I recently attended a private event here and I have nothing but positive things to say! The event was held in a private room in the restaurant that overlooks the patio and water. It was breathtaking during the daytime and the room we were in didn't feel hot at all with the weather increasingly warm these days. From what I could see, the indoor dining room was also very cozy and the outdoor patio looked beautiful.
I thought the service provided was impeccable. We had a few servers tending to the party and they were always providing fresh drinks and were highly attentive. I had low expectations on the food thinking that it would be mass produced for the event, but nope! Everything was so delicious that I devoured my entire 3 course meal and left nothing behind. The flat iron steak entree I tried was tender and flavorful. I'm usually not a fan of key lime pie but I couldn't stop eating theirs.
I would definitely recommend hosting an event here or trying their food for lunch or dinner.
The food was delicious. We ordered the snapper with citrus butter sauce and the filet with blue cheese butter and bernaise to share. The side portions were enough for 2 to 3 people. Everything was amazing and cooked just right! Our waiter Andres was excellent he went above and beyond for our anniversary and brought us the most delicious smores dessert, he made our night very special! Would definitely recommend it, and I can't wait to go back!
