Great place to eat, Ive been having my seseme chicken here for must be 30 years. Not every day of course. Extremely friendly and teriffic service. And i just cant stop drinking their tea even though im a coffee person.

Excellent restaurant at reasonable prices. We've been going there for years. They will make your dish to your specifications. As said elsewhere, friendly service. The owners are visible all of the time.
The nicest Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The owners greet you personally and make you feel like family. The food is always good and the service is friendly. My wife and I have been eating there for years. there are many Chinese food establishments in the area but Golden East is the one we always go to and take our friends and family.
Went today for the first time. They greeted all the mothers with carnations and wished them a Happy Mothers Day. I've been in NJ for 12 years and this is the best Chinese restaurant I've been to by far. We ordered sweet & sour chicken, pork fried rice and white rice as well as egg rolls. First time there was excellent. Will return.

Good Chinese. Small restaurant with good quality Chinese food. Great service. The staff and ownership are friendly and helpful. The only thing that could get better about this place would be more tables and a delivery.
This is one of my go-to places for great Chinese food. The food is so great. It’s a bit more expensive then other places in the area, but once you try it you’ll know why. It’s worth every penny. It used to be only dine in and take out & I would still take the drive to get it. Now that there is delivery through third party services it’s even more convenient. If you like great Chinese food that’s freshly prepared, hot, and authentic, then you’ll absolutely love Golden East Garden.
Amazing service...I had the beef and scallion...sauce was AWESOME and beef was incredibly tender...my husband had the pepper steak and loved that as well. The oolong tea is great and oranges and fortune cookie at the end of the meal is a great touch. Love coming here...we are never disappointed!

I stumbled upon this place thinking it was the Korean place (next door) lol... place wasn’t bad. Staff was extremely friendly and the place was clean.. lost one point because the food had way too much salt in all of it. Would I try it again? Prob.
I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I have to say their service is always great and they keep the place well organized all the time. Rates are convenient and they serve generous portions.
