Visited during non-peak hours between breakfast & lunch. Despite being the tourists that we were looking for a place to have a quick lunch & needing a restroom, the staff were very courteous and accomodating. The quality of food was on par with other locations.
This location makes spending $40 on soup and a sandwich worth it when they follow order notes! Eff Darin! And I stopped spending money in all metro area locations due to his inadequate management, but this location draws me in with their competent service! Maybe not the kindest bunch of folks, but always COMPETENT and getting it right!

Panera consistently gives me high quality healthy meal choices. When I grow tired of fast food and know i need some better choices i stop by panera.
Amazing customer service! It's the kind of service that should be happening everywhere in this severely lacking. Red, The general manager, end up giving us every bagel they had because we had an emergency for a conference we're running. They took great care of us and their customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this Panera downtown Denver for sure.
One of their busiest locations in the state, if you come during peak lunch rush, you will wait 20 mins+ but that's totally fair. Corporate understaffs them, but the employees there work their butts off and are very kind. I honestly come for the people as well as the food. Food is delicious btw.

Parking lot and entrance can be a hassle, but otherwise a mostly clean and typical Panera.
I've only been to this location a couple times, and only recently, and every single staff member I've interacted with has been so kind, and always seem patient and understanding with everyone who comes in, and their questions/problems. It's incredibly clean inside, and the process for ordering and getting your food is really well put together for the current circumstances. Tasty food for sure, but more than anything I really am incredibly impressed with the attitudes of all the people working here. Thank you guys for being so great!
An interesting location on the 16th St mall. The construction gets in the way so you might miss it. An issue is Panera has gotten really expensive. you pick 2 cost me nearly $20.
