I always stop here when I can. Great authentic food, literally THE BEST Mexican restaurant in the state.
The staff is always so outgoing and friendly, and my little chica waitress always gives me a new Spanish word to learn every time I'm there.
They have turned what used to be a little dumpy Cindy's fast food joint when it was originally built into a first-class south of the border experience.
OMG the absolutely best Mexican food and best service. We had the combination for two enchiladas, beans & rice, chili remains, hard taco. Yum yum
Stopped after a Dr. appointment in Danville at 2 p.m. Quick friendly service and reasonably priced. Serving size was great! Next time I'll bring my husband.
I would rate this place 5 stars, because while typical menu selections for a Mexican restaurant, my steak fajita was good, but their prices were high given they offer the same options as every other Mexican restaurant I've visited, portion sizes are about the same, but they are well over priced for the food.
Service was lacking the night we came and it's disappointing because the time of day we were there, they weren't overly busy. We were the only ones in the indoor dining area for the first 30 or so minutes that we were there. Our server couldn't answer our questions about menu items very well (he didn't know the answers) and once our food and drinks came that was the last we saw of him. No one came back to see if we needed anything else, if our food was okay, or if we were ready for our check. We had to ask someone else for more chips for our salsa and queso and my husband had to flag someone else down to get to-go boxes and our check for us to leave.
The restrooms were clean-ish... I've seen worse, while not sparkling clean they were well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. Hand Soap was a little low, but enough to wash your hands. A quick tidy-up between lunch and dinner rush would have made a world of difference.
I'm sure if we are out that way again and craving Mexican we would eat here again, but we probably wouldn't make a special trip out for it.
Great salsa and queso, love the chimichanga as well. Good service, kind and fast checkout process. Went with a couple friends to catch up and the staff was very kind that we stayed so long.
Wonderful atmosphere. Delicious food with large servings. Very friendly staff.
Good and service is always good. My only complaint is that you need an off-road vehicle to park. Parking lot has some massive potholes.
They have a great meal for 2 called the parilla but its not on the menu any more but you can still ask for it and get it. It is shrimp, scallops, chicken, steak, and shredded pork with green peppers and onions on a skillet and on the side 6 fajitas each a plate of lettuce, sour cream, pico de gio, and avocado and a plate of rice and refried beans to share for a great price of $24.99
