My partner & I have not been to Olive Garden for several years and we wanted to check it out since it's been too long.
Our server was not friendly. She made facial remarks after I said I would like a lot of cheese on a side plate. Our food came 1 minute after we received our soup and salad so we did not get to enjoy it. When asked if we can get our drinks to go, she only brought one for my partner. I had to kindly ask her if I may get one too. I was not pleased with the service and will reconsider coming back again.
The staff was very nice and welcoming. I got seated within 5 min, especially when kids are running around and going nuts in hall way. I had a birthday and right away they asked my what desert out family member liked. They cam and sing happy birthday. While eating, my child hit his head as he tripped and fell. Right away they brought me ice. Wasn’t the best birthday as expected but thankful for the hospitality
Their salad is good but as usual, it needs onions. The easiest mistake to make is overcooking angel hair pasta, and Olive Garden takes the easy way out here to be sure. However, my server was superb and her assistants performed well. I'd recommend this location based on service alone.
Food is decent but sometimes varies in taste and texture. Servers are well trained and efficient. (Summer is the best server I ever had.) Dining area is well maintained. Decor is a bit aged.
Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in some time. The food was much better than I remembered it. Both the pasta fagioli soup and the rigatoni with meat sauce were delicious. The restaurant was packed to the rafters so you can't really blame the servers. They were extremely overwhelmed and overworked. All in all a very good experience.
Great food great service. The biggest negative is the screen device on the table. It let's you play games but on the top right in very very small type on the top right it's a $3 charge for that. Not the fault of the staff but very sneaky of the software company who designed that interface.
I appreciate the suggestions from the waiters and how they make sure we are okay. Food has always been so good so far no issues. We enjoy coming here.
It’s an Olive Garden, but it’s one that’s run right, instead of right into the ground. Great service and friendly staff that have been there for decades. Really clean restaurant and fast seating and service.
Great Food. Classy ambience. Good for classy dinner dates. Service depends on who was your server and the time of the day maybe, had mixed experiences on service.
I once ordered create your own pasta with crispy chicken topping and it was extra salty! The quantity was a lot if you order an entree since it comes with free breadsticks and a choice of soup/salad, i say the price kinda justifies the quantity!
our server Chelsea was the best i’ve ever had great service never let our drinks go empty and constantly checked in with us if we were doing fine with our food or needed anything else
