Had a wonderful breakfast this morning at Ruby's Diner in Corona Del Mar. Omar was my server, and he was fantastic and so attentive and kind. I had the ABC omelet with sliced tomatoes and cottage cheese, which was perfect and quite tasty. Service is very good and the food is fresh, tasty and well presented. I enjoy this Ruby's location as it's always clean and cozy. Recommended

Stopped by Ruby's for breakfast after a doctor's appointment this week. The location is perfect, and there is plenty of parking across the street. I ordered an omelet with potatoes and sour dough toast, and it was delivered hot and tasty. The service was very good, and my coffee cup never ran dry. Peaceful and serene place for a nice meal. Recommended
Best service in along time. Alfredo our server hands down 5 star. Food was very good. I will be back.
Amazing burgers and even better french fries! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was scrumptious. Our server, Jose, was amazing and went above and beyond with his friendly service. Next time I’m in the Orange County area, I will make sure to come back!
Oh my gosh this place is the place to get a good burger and milk shake. The atmosphere brings you back to the 50's from the waiters uniforms to the inside of the restaurant. Service was excellent and quick not to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant. Ruby's Diner most definitely deserves all 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We love Ruby's and this was our first visit to the one on the PCH at Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar.
We ordered a Chinese wanton salad, chicory burger and fries and strawberry milkshake. All were served quickly, were really tasty and reasonable priced. Plenty of free parking in their own parking lot just before you reach the diner.
This is definitely a must visit blast from the past which feels authentic from the relics to the food menu. I wasn't disappointed with this diner along the coast. The staff was friendly which made our experience all the better.

Even at lunch, the tables are well suited for conversations that don't require loud responses.
Omar, our waiter, was great. Efficient, well spoken and wonderful smile.
We ordered the fish and chips plate. It arrived with 4 large pieces of cod, Cole slaw, chips, and sauces. And a Tonya shake to go!

Eric served us and he has to be one of the friendliest people I have ever come across. He made our day much better just from his friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and good sense of humor! If there's a manager reading this, Eric will be the reason we keep coming back!

Love the old diner feel. Excellent service. The food was tasty too! I ordered a garden burger and side salad and my daughter ordered the Asian chicken lettuce wraps. They have a little something for everyone on the menu and their milkshakes are pretty awesome!! Get a red gum ball from their machine and get a free root beer float!
