I don't know which is better the Good Food or Great Customer Service. Panera Bread always delivers great healthy, filling food, and wonderful customer service.
Fabulous place for sandwiches and salads. Great open atmosphere, delectable sweet treats and comfortable environment. I have always enjoyed anything I’ve eaten at Panera. Great location in the midst of shopping.
I wish they offered more of the healthy breakfast sandwiches like the egg with avocado and spinach on a whole grain bun. Excellent but they need more similar options.
I don't go to Panera bread very often and when I do I'm always excited to get onion soup in the bread bowl. The red bull is excellent but it wasn't filled to the top with onion soup and if there's cheese in this onion soup I didn't notice any.
The restaurant is nice and clean it was not overbearingly loud, and I'm always able to bring my bread bowl home in case I want to make some soup and fill it again.
Nice large dining area with tables clearly marked as usable or not. But no one pays attention to the signs anyhow, and management doesn't seem to be overly concerned about enforcing their own rules.
I had to get up super early to write articles for a newspaper I freelance for and I was too tired for everything. The coffee was hot and delicious, and my everything bagel with chive & onion cream cheese was ON POINT. I was a happy camper.
The community room is great for hosting small meetups and events. It is tucked away in the corner and has a door with plenty of windows. It's pretty easy to register the room with Panera.
The staff are very friendly and wonderful to interact with.
Panera is fast food, depending on your food standards this may be totally inconsequential to you. Having said that if you want an easy salad and soup combo quickly, this does work well enough. Outside of that, nests, sandwiches and so on are bound to be processed and unacceptable on any level of respectable cuisine. But hey who has time and for some the money to be a foodie on a quick lunch or a sleepy Sunday.
Great selection of many items and friendly staff, just like other Panera locations. There aren't too many other Panera locations that give dine-in customers a pager after ordering though, and the potential slightly longer wait time probably explains them.
Quickly got a few asiago cheese bagels and a loaf of white bread. I used to think it was crazy to pay so much for a simple loaf but it is soooo good....tastes like bread my mother used to make.
First time I visited Olentangy Plaza location...cashier/server was polite and patient...good experience.
