:) im so glad that I didn’t choose to eat anywhere but here tonight. the place was clean, the food was fresh & the customer service that Nolan and the staff provided was truly amazing. he suggested the hot honey pizza and it tasted great! it’s honestly a breath of fresh air to eat out these days and have an all around the board good experience AND be treated with kindness. thank you Donatos !

Donatos is one of my favorite pizza chains. They’re few and far between where I used to live, so I was pleasantly surprised to find many out here in Columbus! Kenny road location is the first I’ve tried out here and the food was great. Went through drive thru pickup so can’t review regarding in store and employees but received great service in drive thru.

I have had Donatos. Not as good as I remember. Got it to go so not sure of atmosphere. Pretty reasonable price.
Ordered Founders Favorite. Always get exactly what I ordered. That is a #1 downer. If you mess up my order or short me. Pizza is always cooked to perfection. No complaints here.
Dinner, weekday. Pie was scrumptious. The staff. Really friendly and keep the place clean!!! Very nice basic dining room, quiet , we were there on the later side. Overall great job, this is the second time I’ve been here. Order at the counter, get your drink and sit, they bring the pie to you. Thanks guys!!!
With the Northwest BLVD Upper Arlington store being closed at 10PM for the majority of the week, this is the alternative for a later night slice. It does come with some issues, though. This store cannot do deliveries to parts of UA towards the store on Northwest BLVD. This means that while the store is within a reasonable delivery distance, it is required you do a pick up. It seems that the other store closing earlier is fairly recent because this store not being able to deliver to the area is really unfortunate. I hope corporate considers exceptions to the zoning so that deliveries can happen when the Northwest BLVD is shut down.
Other than this issue, the store is great. The employee I dealt with was very polite and did get my order correct. He was able to explain respectfully the issue that prevented delivery. The pizza was fresh and hot and really good. Definitely recommended for the area. Consider you might not have delivery options though.
July 24 pm...the register malfunctioned and later found out my order never happened....BEST service ever, everybody helped my Calzone came out amazing...great job guys, thank you ! And there always friendly!
One thing I would do is Build your own Calzone...with unlimited options...not just 2.

I’m going to edit my review as I don’t think it’s fair to dock this place so heavily on one bad experience. They also reached out and offered a voucher. Delivery drivers are always nice and the pizza is great.
We called up an hour before close and they told us we weren’t in delivery range...... we live 5 blocks away. I was then out on hold so they could double check. Apparently it was “because of corporate.” I offered to spell the street name, but was told “no”. They then forwarded us to another store who said that they were also too far away.
That location then told me that this location is who should deliver to us and had no idea why they would tell us no.
Then I called back and he still told me they wouldn’t deliver here. I then offered to spell the street name again and guess what, I’m in range now after I explained it. I said, I did offer to spell the name and the phone rep still stuck to his guns and said “hold on, now you’re good - what do you want?”

No offer of a discount or anything even though I now sat around for 40 min trying to order a pizza from somewhere that delivers to me on a weekly basis.
The best I love thin crust pepperoni pizza. I love their big don subs too. Servers at pickup windows are almost always friendly. They could be friendlier on the phone though. So I'm going to give them 4 stars.
