Today we took a chance and ordered from the Noe-Bixby location of Donato’s Pizza. This is after having read a LOT of horrible reviews about this location specifically. We ordered delivery, it came Door Dash automatically. We ordered through the Donato’s app. I too am a Door Dasher so from experience I added a GOOD TIP. The app forecasted a 5:47pm delivery time. It arrived at 5:06pm!!! Like WOW!! It came FAST, HOT & with a BIG SMILE from the driver!
Jamie here is an amazing man. Hardest working donatos employee I have ever seen. No matter how busy he always has a kind word and asks how your day has been. Food is always on point when he is there.
Fast and delicious but sometimes they do disappoint. Like my wings today...that is not sauced, what is that? Lol 😂
It is like the sauce just belched a little.

I have a LOVE/ HATE relationship with Donatos on Noe Bixby. The last time I ordered it was almost at closing. Picked up my food, get back home, and $43 worth of food WRONG. uk i was mad,and super hungry it was almost 1 n the morning. had to eat food from my fridge. Called to complain the next day and the gentleman was great. He credited my account with no issues and was upset at the crew. This is the only issue I have had from any Donatos, so I love them more than hate them.
I always get their Italian sub, it's so good!
1st time ordering from there and so glad this business close to my house as this was the best donatos I've gotten in years.
I have dietary restrictions and most places totally burn my pizza but this donatos nailed it
