I want to pause a moment on a busy Veteran’s Day to thank the kindness of Chili’s to provide a free meal to Vets. This is an extremely nice thing to do every year and obviously popular. The staff, all of them, were friendly and hospitable. My server Molly was especially pleasant. I served for 26 years and enjoyed each day. Thank you Chili’s!!
We enjoyed this Chili's, I ordered a lunch menu double cheeseburger and it came with fries and a salad. The Caeser salad was more acidic than I like but over-all it was a great deal for $10 and the burger was very good. The lady ordered mozzarella chunks, fried. She liked them, so, all good.
Great service and great food! Placed a curbside order and was told by one of the servers that it would be a a few more minutes to wait, as our food had been taken by a delivery driver by mistake and they were going to remake our order. We weren’t in a hurry so we didn’t mind at all. When the food was ready, a very nice gentleman (I believe he was a manager) brought it out to us and was super apologetic, and even gave us some gift cards to use on our next visit- And we’ll definitely be returning to use them!
I tend to have a lot of sensory issues with food & ended up unable to eat more than a few bites of what I had ordered (which is a common experience for me). I was planning to just pay & leave slightly disappointed, but the waiter said he noticed I didn't like my food & told me he took what I ordered off the bill & encouraged me to look at the menu & order something else I'd rather have. I felt treated very well & also felt like my mind had been read.
They were also doing a fundraiser for the children's hospital, which was a pleasant surprise, & we were given coloring pages. So that was fun & overall a good experience.
Absolutely no complaints. My son and I sat at the bar and watched football. The service was stellar. Water glasses refilled when empty, space was clean and cleared when finished. Nothing fancy, but for the food and drink we had, it was very good.
Good example of the franchise. Excellent service, great food. Soup came out immediately and the entrees followed quickly. Overall exactly what we wanted for our lunch meal. Prices were very low for the amount of food. Highly recommended!!

I enjoyed the Alex's Santa Fe hamburger with steamed broccoli. My wife enjoyed her Big Mouth Bites, which is 4 small hamburgers, and fries.

Usually I go to a different location, but was in this part of town. Ordered a burger well done and it came that way, was perfect!! Unlike the one I usually go to that always is pink. Really pleased!! 👍👍
Our service was great and our server was personable. The food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh. The food was also correct. This is a very nice and neat establishment.
