Really lovely experience at this restaurant! All of the food was amazing. I had the coconut shrimp salad (it’s a seasonal dish so go soon!) and it was so tasty!! Gorgious too. My husband had a burger and I would say it was good by the speed he took it down. We had calamari to start and it was tender and the breading was crisp. Yum. We had the sangria which was great! We also had a flight of margaritas. When I tell you these were the best margaritas I have ever had, I really mean it!! So good! Every single one had a different flavor profile. We could barely choose a favorite. None of them were too sweet. Our server was super nice and attentive.
We will absolutely be back. I suggest going when you can try cocktails with your meal ☺️
This was our first time at this restaurant, and we really enjoyed it. We had gotten a discounted gift card at Costco, and we’re glad we did! The stuffed mushroom appetizer was especially amazing.
This was a nice-venue with excellent food and attentive servers. This was a large Buffet,style meal so have as much or little as desired. This was a Holiday meal so a bit pricey but well done.
Years ago this was a steakhouse.
First visit. We had trouble being seated as there was no host at the front desk. My husband asked the bartender for help and she set us up at a booth.
We started off the meal with beef nachos, which were fantastic! He had the bacon cheeseburger and I had the chicken tacos. We both enjoyed our meals!
The food was delicious. We both recommend this restaurant and we will be returning to eat here again soon.
Aspen American Bar & Grill is almost too good to be true! From the atmosphere, the friendly service and the delicious food is to die for! Fine dining without the fine dining price!!! Highly recommend, we'll be back for more! I would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful experience!!!

We came here while staying at a nearby hotel. We intended to just get drinks and sit on the outdoor patio. We were met by Coco, who appeared to be bartending but also became our server. She was so friendly and very on top of things from the get go! After a while we decided to try the spinach artichoke dip. It was one of the best I have had eating out! Not too much cheese, very flavorful and the chips were tasty. We decided we needed to try an entree after that, so we ordered the Rack of lamb, but asked if they could slice it into individual chops. They we very accommodating. It was incredible! Throughout this Coco came and checked on us, talked with us, had our drinks out to us before we had our last sip. Such a lovely gal. We were so happy with this place.
What a wonderful experience! We took our son out for his birthday and had wonderful service and the food was all amazing. We will definitely go back!
The atmosphere was wonderful, they had a table set up for all twenty of us for a successful Christmas celebration. My club sandwich was a pretty big portion and very delicious. The waiter that served all of us that day on 15 Dec 23 at 12 noon deserves some praise, he was excellent, he served all of us without assistance, that was impressive! My husband and I will be interested in returning to this establishment. Thanks again for serving us!

Wow, it has been a while since I been very pleased at a restaurant with all aspects of the meal - service, food, drinks, atmosphere. The service we received from Ann was great, she took care of our table well, she made sure waters were full, if we needed more drinks, and to make sure all was well with our food. She was very friendly and had a great positive attitude.
We ordered calamari for an appetizer and the table came with some bread. The bread was freshly baked. The calamari was very moist and soft yet crispy on the outside as it should be. It had great flavor. The dipping sauce however, was a tad bit too salty, this would be my only suggestion for the restaurant.
The food I ordered, 12oz prime rib, was absolutely perfect. It was very flavorful, cooked to perfection, very tender and just perfect. The veggies were good and the loaded baked potato was a great side to pair with the prime rib and was also cooked to perfection, not dry yet tender and right amount of clumpy.
One of the people in out party was sold on the Mahi Mahi special and was really disappointed but Ann took care of it and really quickly swapped it out for a prime rib which was the person's second choice.
My wife's meal was very good too. She wasn't a huge fan of the mashed potatoes but the steak she had was perfect along with the veggies.
I wish this place was closer, as I live in Monument, but I definitely will be back again. Definitely recommend this place. Ps the old fashioned cocktails are great too.
