I arrived at this subway on 8/27/22, around 545pm. The young employee "who I didn't get his name, my fault" was working alone. However even under the pressure with more customers walking in behind me, he still greeted everyone and was very polite. He made sure the 3 customers before me were taken care of and satisfied with their order. His customer service is amazing! I was once in his shoes about 25 years ago when I worked for subway, so I understand the pressure he was probably feeling. I hope his boss or the owner sees this. He is a star employee. Put value in employees like this. He has great work ethic! Us as customers need to have patience when we arrive and see the young people who do their job and do it well. I know it's not in every place we go, if you encounter this employee you will see for yourself. Don't get frustrated because it's taking a little longer, be happy he is there to serve us and doing a great job at it. If you happen to encounter this young guy, help boost him up and drop him a tip. He deserved every bit of the tip I left him! Thank you for the new #4 Supreme meats! Perfect sandwich!
Chris was very pleasant and my order came out perfect
Fresh bread was just coming out as I walked in. Fantastic aroma in the air and a soft footlong herb and cheese simply cannot be beat. Juicy turkey, crisp vegetables and dark green spinach make for a perfect sandwich. This place was clean and very well organized. It is easy to see that the owner cares about the location and the product. This in turn translates to a happy guest. Hands down the best Subway I have eaten at for as long as I can remember. A+
For whatever reason, the two sub chefs on duty made some excellent subs that day. While a customer sitting down told them how good the bread was, I eyeballed a turkey footlong ahead of me and ordered one myself, it was fresh and tasty. 😋
Just picked up a doordash order from this location and let me tell you Cassidy is the most caring fast paced employee I've ever seen. She served a whole sports team and got my order done as quickly as possible. Definitely will be back in my free time due to her kindness she definitely deserves a raise and some recognition for her amazing work!
We’re we’re feeling pretty hungry after some of our X-mas shopping and Darla was the sweetest person ever and very polite! I’m a manager at a fast food location near by and she has the type of service and hospitality that every food business should carry.
Had lunch here 4.30.22 Great customer service. Clean restaurant and helpful staff. Far above my usual experience of fast food. We’ll done guys.
A bit harder now due to social distancing. You have to use the App or go in a few at a time and stay apart. The food is consistently fresh and good. I cannot imagine why they have dropped the Honey wheat bread. It was popular. Employees were friendly and did a good job preparing the sandwiches.
Thomas was as absolute gem, I arrived just about closing and he happily made my sandwich. What a great asset to any business. Thank you 😊
The owner personally made my sandwich and was extremely polite. I was unsure of what I wanted and the owner recommend the new ultimate cheesy garlic bread subs, he was right! I would recommend this Subway any day of week for fast and friendly service.
