This place is amazing very friendly service and very good food. Very clean! I recommend this place my family will be coming back soon. Took pics of a few things we ordered
Great food great portions great prices. Eric is a wholesome guy easy to talk to and he is fun to talk to. While we waited he talked with us and made us feel like family. Amazing place highly recommend. Not a great location but I'll do what I have to in order to have their food.
We come here every chance we get. We’ve not had a bad, rough, troublesome or negative experience yet. For the prices, to the quality and quantity of food to the service… it’s always a blessing!
What a great little place! Eric took our order and he was amazing - great customer service all around. My husband and I both ordered the taco plate and it was delicious. I had carnitas (my favorite) and shredded beef and he had all steak. It came with cilantro and onions, red and green sauces, rice and beans. The meat was delicious and not fatty at all, which earned an A+ with me. We will definitely be back!
Very cute and friendly taco shop! Staff is super nice and they were quick with the food. The guacamole was amazing! I got the Birria tacos and although they weren’t bad they weren’t the best. But that is a personal opinion based off my taste. The meat was super tender and the consome was delicious!
I got the huevos rancheros breakfast burrito and it’s the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Placed order for pickup and it was ready sooner than estimated.
The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all incredible! We felt welcomed and right at home. The birria tacos are super delicious. Great rice and beans, too. We also loved the horchata! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself is quaint and colorful. Definitely check this place out for Mexican food!
As a former socal guy who moved to Colorado 12 years ago I'm always on a look pit for excellent street tacos and "hole in the wall" Mexican. I found another gem here, in Matias tacos. The salsa, the tacos, hard or soft and the meats seems painstaking made homemade for a reasonable price and carries that spice I've missed from socal since I moved here. It's a bit off the beaten track and a little sketchy when u pull up but man... the food... will make u gorget about all that. Chicken, birra, carnitas or Carne asada. You can't go wrong. I didn't get to try my favorite Mexican dish. Chile relleno. Maybe next time
My husband picked up some take out from Maria’s for lunch. He loved his chimichanga and the savory salsa. The meats for the tacos were on the drier side. It was good otherwise. My camarones a la diabla was a lacking. The rice was wonderful and fluffy, probably my favorite part but the shrimp was a bit rubbery and lacking in flavor.
It was absolutely amazing the service was amazing and they were so sweet the rice was to die for it was so good we almost ate it all before we could take a picture I definitely recommend it
