Had The Good Burger meal, as did my son and we were both equally impressed! My son commented on how perfectly cooked his patty was. We did order the burgers with the sauce on the side, I would order it that way again. The burger sauce is a little on the sweet side for me, I assume it's the relish in it. The crinkle fries were yummy and the strawberry shake was good.
I was very impressed with the service and professionalism from the staff. This order was placed in the drive thru but even from that perspective the staff seemed to work well together as a team. They were friendly and polite. And my food was ready in a timely manner.
The burgers were made as requested (no tomato on 1 sauce on the side for both).
Aside from tonight's order this Arby's has proved to be consistent overall, but our normal orders consist of a cookie and a shake and you can't get much wrong there so, nice to see they follow through on the rest on the menu as well.
When we walked in warm welcomes were exchanged. Food was hot and came out quickly. Tables were clean and I wished our Arby's was like this one. (We are from out of state)
The lady who took my order was kind. Restaurant looked clean and up to date. Food was what I expected when I went to Arby's. Definitely overpriced for fast food, but that isn't the fault of the people here.
A nice enough location. We did the drive thru. They took the order accurately and quickly. It wasn't terribly busy for being around dinnertime. They were remarkably fast in getting our order out to us and we were pretty happy with the whole experience.

Overall, I enjoyed the experience at this Arby's location; however, there were few things to note. First, the temperature in the dining area was pretty cold. Normally, I can handle colder temperatures, but since I'm not a CO resident and my body has acclimated to the warmer states, it was rather difficult to handle, therefore, making the experience satisfactory. Next, my daughter's order was incorrect - she ended up getting a sandwich that had pecans in it, versus her Reuben that she ordered. Normally, it isn't a big deal to me but since the restaurant wasn't really busy and the fact that my daughter is allergic to nut products, this was extremely less than adequate. Finally, the dining area wasn't that clean. It was difficult to find a table without having to clean one myself. These isolated things doesn't prevent me and my family to visit any Arby's establishments in the future, but I still found value in bringing this up. Of noteworthy significance, the staff on shift (31 May 2023 @ ~4:00 pm) were friendly and helpful, and the food quality was just like how I remembered it.
It's about time Arby's has rewards! This location was clean and ordering was quick and accurate. Employees were helpful and friendly.
I ordered online and my order was ready when it said it would. The young man who handed me my food was friendly and even though there was a slight problem with my order, he had it fixed quickly and I was out the door.
This was my first time at this location. I went through the drive through. I ordered a roast beef double sandwich with curly fries and a root beer. The order was ready quickly and the service was prompt. The sandwich was very good with fresh meat and soft bun. The fries were not fresh, bottom of the bin maybe. If i had been eating inside i would have returned them but i was in my car.
Really enjoyed the history behind this reconstructed fort. Tons of information! Dog friendly with lots of acreage to walk Rover. Winter time found this gem almost devoid of tourists. Great guides to assist you and answer all your questions.
Always a pleasant experience at that Arbys,,ive probably been going there for aslong as its been there
