Was surprising good affordable family friendly Mexican food. We had a great experience, our waiter Nas was possibly the best waiter and service we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in every one was friendly and created a wonderful environment for my family of 6. We were seated quickly and greeted with chips, salsa and another dip, we added queso that was brought out soon after. Our waiter was helpful with entree selection and very attentive to us from start to finish. The food was good and was less expensive than other similar restaurants. I highly recommend giving Chuy's a try with your whole family.
Love love love!!!!!!! They literally have the best tex-mex around. Our server, Natalie, was so perfect. She even brought extra drinks without asking. She was kind and thoughtful. The tres leches cake was divine. I think it was the best I've ever had 🫣
We needed to get dinner while our daughter had an unfortunate stay at Childrens, and boy this was some delicious food, a nice relaxing, quiet place for us to refuel and relax. Their salsa and chips and ranch like dip they bring you is delicious! We almost filled up on them they were so good! It was the best dining experience we had while being in the springs. Thank you! Dealing with stress and hospitals is scary and you guys gave us just what we needed and thank you so much for that!

Really fun atmosphere! The food is good, the prices are great, and the staff is awesome. Everyone greets you with a smile. The manager stopped by our table to ask how the meal was. The bar area is a good size with multiple TVs to watch sports. There is also a nice patio area as well.
Wife and I walked in on a whim last night and we're quite pleased. Good food, blackberry margaritas that were lovely, and a server who was somewhat aloof but still quite good at her job (think she was new and did great). The visuals kind of clashed with the food but they were still fun. Overall well definitely be back!
We’ve had both excellent and sub-par service here so far. We love Chuy’s and go everywhere we live. The majority of the time they are super friendly and awesome service. One waitress went above and beyond to service us and send us home with extra jalapeño ranch dip and chips 😊 We love the fun decor and environment and the Panchos Nachos are amazing! So big that you’ll need to share with at least one person! Also big fan of the fajitas and the one person serving is so much food it’s definitely enough to share for two! Margaritas are good too. We wish they’d bring back the weekday Happy Hour Car Trunk nachos eventually again.
The best margaritas. The mango one is AMAZING!! They have a flight of 4 different flavored baby-margs, we loved those. The Elvis Presley Memorial combo is what we get every single time, and of course Creamy jalapeño. Really good service despite being so busy!
This is my favorite texmex restaurant in the springs. Their appetizers, dishes and drinks never disappoint and their service is fast and friendly. I would call ahead on weekends, but it's not too busy during the week.
I really enjoyed dining here. The Chuychanga was super tasty (how do they keep the chicken so moist?) and they have the best tortilla chips in town. My one pinch point was variety - only one Chimichanga type. I do recommend them!
My wife and I had dinner for under $40. Solid deal!
