Cute place! Has a movie playing and spam decor, nice and clean, bathrooms were clean. People were very polite and friendly. Teriyaki steak and rice with egg rolls was delicious, topped off with a pineapple whip ice cream. Definitely can't wait to try more from the menu! Forgot to take a pic until we had already started eating.
Ohhh... This takes me back to Oahu! ❤️ Inside this building is pretty much the inside of Hawaii. Loved it. The food is good and feeling. The staff is great. The location is clean.
Hawaiian cuisine is definitely as diverse as the island! The menu with L&L was very classic and to be expected from the Aloha State.
The smokiness, succulent, and flavorful kalua pork was delicious and a pure pleasure. The LauLau was good, but the meat was slightly tough. Everything else with the plate lunch was quite standard - two rice, macaroni salad, and two proteins. The Saimin (literal translation "small noodles" in Cantonese) was something to come back for, the broth was pretty well balanced, good portion, and I like noodles anyway, so I can do this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Finally, there was no regret to finish up with some Pineapple upside down with Dole whip.
Overall, the food was great, there were rooms for improvement on service.
Love having this taste of Hawaii here in Colorado Springs! We have been coming for a long time and it’s good to see the improvements with the new ownership. The same delicious food but with more choices in stock and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back.
One of my friends told me that I shouldn't get food from here after the ownership changed because the quality went way down in her opinion. Well, I got the Seafood and Aloha Combo plates which were DELICIOUS!! I haven't had good Hawaiian BBQ since my childhood in Aiea, HI and what I ate brought on nostalgic memories of stuffing my face on Kaluha Pork and Hawaiian Macaroni Salad as a keiki. I will definitely be coming back for more of these plates plus I try more items on the menu as wel! Aloha!
First time here and it was very tasty!! I ordered the BBQ mix it comes with Teriyaki beef, BBQ chicken, and BBQ short ribs my sides were rice and a side salad. I also ordered the egg rolls! The meat had the perfect amount of seasoning and it was tender! The white rice mixed with the Teriyaki sauce was good too!! The egg rolls were different from what I've ever had before they were pretty good!! You should definitely come here if you want savory and sweet at the same time!! The employees were very nice and knowledgeable about everything and because it was my first time they recommended that I try that one.
Love the food! Kitchen always kills it! Staff always nice! Glad to see there is pineapple now! Kevin helped me with my last huge to go order, which came out perfect! Highly recommend!
are cooked to perfection, the musubi was very tasty. A perfect place to dine and dine out. The is staff is friendly and professional. The only downside, there's not a stir fry combination noodle dish like one in our last state. Over it's a good place to eat!
Really good place to eat. I always get the bbq chicken and hubby always gets the kaula pork plate. Portions are good, price is not bad and staff is friendly.
Very friendly staff and the food is yummy but don't go here expecting it to be fast. You are going to wait at least 15-20 minutes every time. That makes it difficult to have for lunch, but otherwise it's worth the wait. I suggest asking for the Macaroni salad on the side so it's not warm. It's so much better cold
