It was a fun night celebrating my friends birthday until drama with some of the staff popped off. We heard yelling in the back kitchen. It was so bad that the server told a table that they might not get food service. Other than that the food was pretty good, our sever was awesome. Not sure I will be back tho
Some of the best sushi in Colorado Springs. They have both dining and cook surface dining here with a nice layout.
Delicious crab Rangoon here! I also got the shrimp fried rice here and enjoyed it. I did go when it wasn't busy so that may have taken away from the atmosphere.
Service was good. The atmosphere was pretty calm and laid back. The food was absolutely delicious! Had The Godfather roll paired with hot sake. The flavours within the roll were perfectly melded. Will definitely return.
We came here for our anniversary and we made the perfect choice for our celebration! Miso soup, flaming sushi, raspberry sake, banana sprinkle dessert! Wow! I am at a loss for words at how wonderful the food was. And just when we thought our experience couldn't get better-- it did! Impeccable service from Natalie, amazing sushi chefs, clean environment, calm and quiet ambiance. I know where we will come next anniversary! Actually--we'll be back sooner! Thanks team AI!

Hands down my favorite sushi in Springs. From the moment we entered, we were treated like royalty. I HIGHLY recommend the miso soup (so flavorful and healing); the Genius roll lives up to its name and the Banana Sprinkle for dessert was such an unexpected surprise. For anyone looking for a chill, accommodating and friendly environment with a wide variety of top-notch sushi rolls and mouth-watering entrees, AI Sushi on Centennial BLVD. is THE PLACE!

Super good sushi experience! I don’t know if this Ai sushi and grill is owned by the same people, but this one has better sushi for sure! We had a the tuna tower, a Philly roll, the specialty mango roll, and one more I don’t remember the name of! I was satisfied with the service too. Everyone was nice! Thanks for reading 💯🫶🏻
The place was beautiful inside. Je, our server was amazing and the sweetest. We calamari for the starter being there was a large variety in sushi. The calamari was definitely over cooked and the sauce that is came with was a weird combination with it. We ordered sushi, when it came out it was absolutely beautiful. The taste was good but it wasn’t amazing. The fish didn’t seem fresh for the price you pay for it. But it was later at night so I’ll give it another try.
