We ordered and shared wing dings, a big 🥗 and a Philly steak. Wing dings well seasoned and crunchy, fried hard 😍. Steak sandwich I only had a bite 👍🏾... Real good but I really wanted to get at that big fresh salad ... It did not disappoint.
P.S. We had more wings, but like Chaka Khan 🎶🎤👄, once you get started .... Hungry Hut 😋😋😋
I gave only 4⭐s because usually the food is phenomenal HOWEVER this time it was far from it. The rice bowl I ordered which was always good was DISGUSTING the chicken was dried and boiled and seasoning didn't exist and lack of cheese and the extras I paid for. The service was wonderful though AS ALWAYS...also, there was only one person working at that moment so they could be why. Who knows.
Seen this restaurant on Doordash and decided to give them a try. So glad I did! Please give these people your business, I promise you won't be disappointed. I ordered a side dish of macaroni, french fries, ten wing dings, and two slices of red velvet cake. Everything was delicious and the portions were very generous. Can't wait to order from them again in the future. Always happy to support black owned business.
I was finally hungry from not eating after losing my dad. I decided to DoorDash and yes I’m very pleased with my food. The food was nice, hot, seasoned very well and plenty of it. I had the loaded rice chicken bowl. I couldn’t stop eating it. It will be my breakfast and lunch tomorrow. It’s black owned and well worth it. Please stay consistent with the flavors. I will continue to order from my new found restaurant.
Customer service from the door was great I was greeted kindly. I ordered a chicken and shrimp hungry bowl overall it was pretty good a bit much potatoe but it was really good I found myself not putting my fork down. I also ordered a slice of cake I didn’t know what to expect but it was really good nice and moist you can tell it wasn’t sitting for days like most places. I am very please with this black owned Establishment. I will be back to try other options on the menu 🙃

If your hungry, this is the right place. The road there is always under construction but we'll worth the drive. I got the hungry fries and steak burrito feeling hungry. 3/4 through the fries now and already full. Burrito will be a meal for tomorrow. These fries had it all!!
The Philly steak is delicious 😋. The chicken is tasty as well. Everything was freshly cooked. The only issue is, I don't think I received my coleslaw.

Hungry Hut on East fifty-fifth when they were open have the best soul food in the city they are the only software in the city they had a lot of great bowls they had good customer service the restaurant was nice and clean I love that place heads up to the owner I love you Daisy that lady loves her customers and she's very great if you all are ever in the 55th area she does on edge 24/7 where you can get your taxes done you can get a loan for a house you can get a loan for a car probably but most of all you can get some flyers done you can get the t-shirts done there she has a print shop you can get air brush him down there look out for Daisy are that girl is going somewhere I love you Daisy keep up the good work keep doing everything that you're doing you have great customer service keep smiling beautiful smile young lady and I love your employees and I love your play is clean is neat keep it up I hope you open up another restaurant soon so I can eat I love your bows delicious bows and I love your macaroni and cheese stop playing with me great macaroni and cheese those greens are delicious delicious delicious everybody support hungry Hut and Ed 24/7 that's the girl and she's minority-owned minority operated get
I ordered for the first time yesterday it was really good I only ordered chicken wings and macaroni but I wasn’t disappointed ! I just ordered again through grubhub.
