My husband and I have visited several Frisch's in the suburbs of Cincinnati, and the freshest, hottest, best prepared food is the Frisch's on Mason Montgomery Road. The food is cooked at the time of ordering so the food is hot and fresh. They are consistent at being the best. Also, the servers are friendly and fast.
I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program as it is wonderful! You get a free dessert just for signing up. Then you get free food very often. This has to be the best reward system going.
You won't be disappointed when you order the 2 piece cod sandwich or a big boy with extra tartar sauce. The fries are fresh and hot.
They also have a blackboard with names on it, and if your name is on it, you get your food for free. The board is changed daily. My husband, Tim's name, was on it last week, and he received a sandwich, fries, and drink for free. Very nice!

Joe was an awesome server- the entire time we were here, he was hustling around taking care of everyone in our section with a smile and can do attitude.
Also, every time we’ve been to this location, Tony (the manager), has been actively working to ensure we have a good experience. He’s a class act and such a hard worker. Way to go gentleman! Thank you for making our families breakfast that much better!
Visited Frisch's for breakfast and was genuinely impressed with servers dedication. While the establishment was notably busy, the lone server on duty displayed incredible dedication and effort. Opted for the breakfast bar due to the crowd and was not disappointed. The spread was delicious but did not have enough staff to keep up with the demand so had to eat mainly French toast, yogurt and bacon... Kudos to the team for managing such a rush so short-staffed! Would recommend but staffing needs to improve. I'll return to update my review in a few months.
My late lunch companion and I stopped in and had what turned out to be a fantastic meal. The chicken sandwich, BLT hamburger both with sides of onion rings were well made, served piping hot and delicious.
The server was attentive but not hovering and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. I was more than impressed with everything.

KC was a wonderful server that checked in almost exactly when I needed her! Everything came in a timely manner, and the food was great, especially the hot fudge cake!
The lady who helped me was real nice. I stopping inside before ordering food to use the restroom. I didn't know there's goodies inside! Asides from the free lollipops, they have sauces and merchandise for sale. Being a tourist, I bought a Big Boy bank for $7.99. 😁 the chicken tenders were a little dry and not crunchy, but since my dog doesn't eat the breading and she ended up liking the chicken, I'm happy! The grilled cheese was yummy! Little salty for my taste, but I like it. Just need to drink some water. The fries were good, but McDonald's is still my favorite!
It took a few minutes to be seated, and they appeared to be a bit short staffed, but April took good care of us, taking our order quickly, refreshing our drinks, and making sure we were satisfied with everything. Nicely done!
They were short staffed when we went in for breakfast. The server was nice as pie as she ran around trying to take care of ALL the tables. The manager was super great, helpful and in good spirits given the situation. The food- was great. There were 4 of us and we all tried the Goetta.. a bit different since were are from PGH but good.
Such a great experience!!! I've been going to Frischs, all around, since I was born, it's a convenient place with great prices!!! This time best friend and I went and we got the breakfast🍳☕🍞 bar! It was Super Bowl🏈 Sunday morning shortly after churches let out so it was B-U-S-Y. That being said, I was overly impressed by the Hot Bar attendant who kept up on restocking every thing as other disappeared rather quickly. The service itself was also wonderful, the lady was kind and efficient. She even went out of her way to assist us, hot bar was out of sausage links which my bestie was craving, not only did she inform the back on the shortage, she brought us fresh sausages so we didn't have to go up to the bar ourselves, talk about service!!
