First time here yesterday. When for my little sister's birthday. The atmosphere is great! It feels like what I'd expect of a Japanese Ramen house. The anime playing on the TV was such an awesome plus. The menu was small and could use some better explanations as to what you are getting, and the server was kind of vague as to what some of the things were. I had the shoyu ramen and it was SO good, I barley stopped to breath before it was finished. The server was great as well, he had a little trouble with a couple of the orders, but to be fair there were 9 of us and the place does not look like it was meant to accommodate such a large party. He corrected them very quickly, and when my brother did not like his dish they comped it and let him pick something else off the menu which was rushed out almost immediately.
The atmosphere, is very small, quaint and personable. It' got a very modern youthful Japanese, like where collage kids from Japan would go right after classes were out, to grab a bite and talk.
I love this place, I've been to one other Ramen place in Cincinnati and this was by far more superior to what I would expect when getting Ramen. I highly recommend.
quite simply some of the best food I've ever had.. the tables could be sturdier and the chairs are loud but who really cares when the kitchen is pumping out bowls of liquid gold
We go here often for both dining in and take out. I love the mushroom curry hand roll and mushroom ramen, which has a nice amount of spice! I wish enjoyed the Ohio river water cocktail. The staff here is so nice and make it a great experience every time. I also love that you can sit on the patio when it is enclosed so you can enjoy it year round!
Brandon gave a very welcoming and professional experience. The food was amazing with a good variety of options. I'd defiantly try the chicken and Cole slaw with there Asian lager beers!
Not bad, pretty decent food, everything was fresh fast service. Ramen was delicious. Ginger chicken was sautéed and flavorful. Chill atmosphere, good for a quick bite
It was so amazing how they server help us out by show images on his phone. He was awesome for his friendly personality. Atmosphere was welcomeing and comfortable. Now to the best part the food and the drinks. Food 10 out of 10. The drinks 10 of 10. I recommend it to all that enjoys being welcome and enjoys real good food
We were seated right away and service was great for the whole meal. Food was delicious and filling!
Best Asian street food. My usual faves are the ramen and okonomiyaki (savory pancakes). Now I must add chicken dragon ballz and chicken sliders to that list.
Service is great, and so is the beer selection. I like that their happy hour is later (9-11pm). It's also cool to watch anime on the TVs.
Location is convenient on the corner of Vine & 14th in Over-The-Rhine / OTR, very close to Washington Park and only a few blocks from FC Cincinnati / TQL Stadium.
You know it’s good when you go two days in a row.
I highly recommend ordering the classic okonomiyaki! Everything was flavorful and so well prepared. They have a late night happy hour from 7 to 10.
Atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming!
Went in after an FC match, wings were outstanding. Got Shrimp Pancake and a side of Shiitake Curry and it was delicious. The blend of spices in the curry paired with the sweetness from the coconut milk was simply perfect. Also being towards the end of the evening, and being hungry after the match it was nice getting our food in a timely manner.
Hands down best part of the experience was Brandon. He was attentive, funny and knowledgeable. He definitely enjoys what he does which was so refreshing! The food was great, the service was perfect. Many thanks and we'll be back! B&T
Nice little place on Main Street. A fusion menu, some ramen, some tasty crispy chicken wings, and these great Japanese omelets - can get them cheap at happy hour! There aren't many tables inside, but they cram 4 or 5 tables in their sidewalk space. Service has always been fast here, and I like being able to people watch the passersby
Absolute 10/10 the atmosphere was phenomenal, the food was to die for and HUGE ramen portions, the wings melted in your mouth, the drinks were poured to perfection, the staff was friendly from start to finish and we actually ran into an old friend who was the hostess Natalie and she went above and beyond for not just us but every customer in the restaurant. If you're in Cincinnati you absolutely have to go here!!!!!
