We brought several people who had never had deep-dish pizza before. They now love Connie's deep-dish pizza.
Excellent food, delicious deep dish pizza! Staff were wonderful and friendly, great family atmosphere and ambiance! Will definitely be back!
Connie's has been a birthday tradition for my entire family for as long as I can remember. From kids to adult birthday parties, and even a wedding reception, the space has been so accommodating. It has such a historical feel and the food is always so good. If you have had the frozen pizza only, make sure you come and try it at the restaurant. It's so much better!
The pizza was good, but it wasn't what I was expecting when I ordered a deep dish. It didn't have the thick layer of toppings, sauce, and cheese. Again, it was good, but more like a regular pizza.
The spinach and artichoke dip was solid. The atmosphere was really cool.
We also really appreciated the shuttle to the game!

Connie's Pizza is the PREMIERE deep dish pizza in the world. They may not have invented it but without debate they have perfected the deep dish pizza. Connie's at 26th & Lowe ST has a wonderful atmosphere. A perfect place for a date or a family. We NEVER visit Chicago that we don't go to Connie's Pizza. Connie's has been a family tradition since the very early 1970's. Simply put, you haven't had deep dish pizza until you have had Connie's!
Connie’s is a great place for pizza and pasta. The lasagna was excellent! The service was good. The building was a bit chilly, but well maintained and pleasant.
This is the second time I took the Orange train from Downtown Chicago to Halstead to get to Connie's Pizza. From Halstead we walked around 5 blocks and felt safe getting there. We got the pan fry pizza and it was good; however I will try something else next time....may just their deep dish? They had so many beautiful flowers all around the outside and a beautiful patio. The interior has so much ambience. I suggest everyone looking for good pizza try Connie's ❤️....
Great experience the food was excellent great wings and pizza was exceptionally perfect Connie's special.
Connie’s is the best place to go for work lunches. Everything was fresh and need the service was impeccable. They helped me provide my team with a wonderful holiday experience. I absolutely love their festive holiday decor.
We dined with a large school group and the service was great. We arrived and we were seated in minutes. Pizza was quickly served piping hot by friendly staff. We had several different allergies within our staff that they were able to accommodate, but those meals were not as promptly served (I cannot speak to when they were notified of these dietary restrictions).
Amazing place for deep dish pizza and antipasto salad also their garlic parmesan fries are incredible. The reservation online system is super friendly to use - specially to adjust if your running late.
The place is large to have availability for large tables. A great option as is close enough to downtown and has large parking lot.

There is a $20 fee for any dessert that you bring in yourself.
For example if you are celebrating an event and decide to bring in cake or cookies or cupcake... you have to pay $20 to celebrate using your own dessert. This is the first time I've seen this policy anywhere. I don't like it.
They have also started charging $3.50 for hot bread. Used to be free.
I didn't take out any stars because their food, service and atmosphere is that good, but the management should understand that this type of nitpicking does not make them look good.

I have been coming to this Connie's for many years. It's right by Chinatown. I definitely believe this is the best location 👍 for Connie's in the Chicago area.
Today I tried something that a friend of mine introduced me to that I did not even know existed in the menu. Stuffed pizza 🍕 with sauce on the side - pictures attached.
Basically you have a top crust with the tomato 🍅 sauce on the side.
Eating this pizza feels like eating a Calzone and Deep Dish pizza combined.
On the positive side, it is a crispy pizza. On the flip side, it is a bit dry because there is no tomato sauce inside.
Not something I liked and I will probably stick with the deep dish and thin crust next time but you might have a different experience so worth a shot one time at least.
Now regarding the atmosphere inside, it's very bright and lovely. Beautiful decor that really opens your eyes and lifts your spirits as you walk in and see people having a great time having a meal and talking with their friends and family. The service at this place is also wonderful and you feel like you are being served by family and friends and not just work people.
My vote for this place has always been and continues to be a big Yes. Definitely worth a visit!
